On the day of the move, I didn't see anybody after half an hour that they were supposed to be here. I called the owner and basically he was trying to figure out the appointment, then admitted that there was a mistake and they were going to send the crew. We waited for a couple of hours and didn't get a call or respond. When I called again, he said he could send someone later afternoon or give me a discount if I want to reschedule for a day after. Thankfully I wasn't time-rushed so I pushed back. What really bothered me was that the owner gave me an excuse after all this saying that his brother tried to give me a call the day before and it went to the voicemail; when I actually received no phone calls the day before whatsoever. I would have been okay with a simple apology and discount that was offered but that excuse totally gave it away. The next day, the movers came and they were professional and did a great job. They were quick, friendly, and very courteous.

They were very fast and efficient and getting the job done quickly. When they move the mattresses, they wrapped them with plastic to protect them. I was very impressed with this procedure. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. Instead of hesitating or making it an issue, Mark and Doc immediately stepped in and carried it up 14+ flights of stairs. No complaints, no hesitation, just an incredible work ethic. Beyond that, they were fast, careful, and extremely respectful with all of our belongings. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, which is rare.
