The movers showed up 30 minutes past the agreed-upon time which was 1 PM, they then were extremely careless with my items, I witnessed one setting my glass side tables upside down on the glass. I expressed how uncomfortable this made me and asked him not to do that and he replied don't worry I've been doing this for 14 years, did the same my glass mirrored coffee table, one of my side tables and the glass coffee table are both cracked. They left my things unattended in an elevator and hallways, and on the street, they a glass table to hold a door open, somehow my Louboutin's were removed from a package and left on the side of the road for anyone to come by and take, somehow my bedding was removed from my packaging and thrown around the truck, I was so uncomfortable with how they were treating my things. I actually asked them to leave 30 minutes before their time was up and I had other movers finished the remainder of my items When I called to report the broken items, one of the movers, I had answered the phone and was extremely rude, he told me he will deny my claim and hung up on me. When trying to write a review, I am finding that it is hard to write a review about this company, which I feel is very sketchy. I think most of the reviews are fake. Extremely frustrating that I now have to be out items with no replacement from this company or even an apology just met with denial and rudeness. In terms of moving these guys did a great job. My problem with them came afterwards, when I received a $900 transaction from Venmo, then returned the money through Zelle, then got kicked off of my Venmo because apparently the charge was disputed. Earl claiming he no longer has access to his account and unwilling to help. Basically lost access to my entire Venmo account over what looks to me to be financial fraud. I would stay away and use a more professional mover next time. These guys are cheap but like other low cost services, you end up paying more in the long-term. read more

Earl, and Deonte Miller both have me the run around after paying them 4K they damaged almost everything I own. When I asked Earl what we could do about the damages he said he would get with his son Deonte, I messaged them both since he said that. It's pretty sad that I spent so much money to just get my things destroyed. I wouldn't recommend them to move anything for anyone. They're liars, and terrible businessmen. read more
