They were contracted for a cross country delivery, the pick up went smooth it's the delivery that was delayed destroyed, the worker broke the light fixture on the ceiling, broke my knob off the dresser then stated "put it in your claim" I have attached before pictures/ then how I received my property- let me not forget after 16 days of non delivery the receptionist said "if you give us $1800 more you can get your property in 3-4 days so on the 21st day of waiting this is how my property was delivered- also my $598. More dollars upon delivery went to $1000. Dollars due to not being told that 7 stairs are only included which I paid in advance for 2 levels- so my property is damaged it was a horrible experience I would not recommend this company to anyone read more

Broke items. It's a month later. All he offers is "we can come tomorrow" no notice for my employers to take off. So it's a circle. He is.aware I need a notice. But is doing this on purpose. So he doesn't have to own up to his mistakes. Jay is the guys name. Do not do business with him. All star movers are basically trash picker-uppers disguised as movers. ​ read more

Extraordinarily rude and unprofessional on the phone. Called for a quote and said they didn't have time to help.

Jay had three of his men waiting for me when I arrived to our storage facility ready to load up and move us into our new home. All three gentlemen were courteous, friendly and went straight to work. We were able to move all of our belongings in two loads in a large, clean box truck. All three men worked hard, carefully and as a team. I highly recommend considering All Star Moving for your relocation needs. read more

Very disappointed in this company. Very unprofessional. They didn't complete the move and were not upfront with their charges. We should've known since they didn't have any kind of contract. "Jay" even threatened us when we disputed his charges by saying we were dealing with some bad dudes (his movers) There are other professional and reputable movers in this area. read more

Sadly, I don't recommend this company. While the price was fair, the customer service was utterly unacceptable. The packers, while friendly, packed haphazardly. I found plates standing on edge, broken bowls, and some fragile items not even wrapped protectively, often wrapped in my own linens; which would have been fine had I known. The movers were fantastic guys that worked hard and efficiently while loading and unloading, kind, considerate and very helpful. There was minor damage to a few items but I realize that a certain amount comes with moving, it's just the nature of moving. The head boss, at first was nice enough, great at returning calls. However, later he was rude and spoke to me as if I were robbing him of his due payment because he didn't remember particulars we had discussed previously. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else!!!!!! Movers arrived late, took a bunch of breaks. They arrived at 850am when they were supposed to be there at 830...not a big deal...I have a picture of one of them just sitting in his truck on his phone just an hour after arriving. With not much in the truck...That was one of the breaks. I moved all my furniture to the front to make it easier on them and so that it wouldn't take that long. They said they were going to take a lunch break (I gave them money for lunch after they packed the hous) ...apparently it was an UNAUTHORIZED lunch break because the owner included that hour in with time that they were supposed to be moving my belonging. Got to the new house, they moved a small piece of furniture, took a 5-10 minute break...moved another small piece of furniture...another break. I called the owner to tell them to speed things. Not to get them in trouble, I just didn't want to have to pay for all of their breaks. I asked the owner not to say I called, but just to tell them to put some pep in their step. The owner immediately told them. One of the movers walked in my house, got directly in my face and asked why I called on them. Got extremely confrontational with me in front of my children and spouse. The owner didn't care...this move cost me $575 after being quoted $235 plus $99 per hour after that...I paid for them to take breaks..it wasn't even the whole house, just the stuff I couldn't move because I didn't have a truck. They moved my Mother, damaged furniture and lost items. Charged an extra $400 after delivery. Owner very defensive, negative. Told my Mom accusing the drivers of theft they may come looking for her! Very unprofessional. The drivers showed up an hour after we did, weird how it took them so much longer to get here. read more

I am highly sure that this company only have good ratings because they are fake, because I am certain that there is NO way, they would good ratings from the way they treat their customers! On October 26, 2021, my sister called this place to get a quote on moving her items about 8 miles away. A lady originally answered the phone and told her that the cost would be $245.00 for 2 hours and $99 per hour after that. My sister said "Ok, I will call to book tomorrow." The next day, on October 27, she called back to book, and spoke with a man by the name of "Jay" or "J" and he told her the the cost would be $250. When she asked about the five dollar difference, he said "The lady you spoke with does not handle moving, so she doesn't know the prices." (But that is who he had answering the phones). So my sister said ok, no problem, can I book for Saturday? He said yes and took her deposit...Then the reneged, right after and said "Well, I'll call you on Friday to let you know if I have a opening for Saturday." ????????? She said ok, if for any reason, I need to reschedule days, would that be ok? Jay then said "Oh that will not be a problem. She ended having to reschedule and call him back the very next day and ask can she reschedule. (Mind you, he never called to let her know if he was available to move her on Saturday). When she asked him about the reschedule, he said "oh no ma'am, that is not how things work, you lose your deposit." She then told him that, that wasn't what he said the day prior, and he never even gave her a move date! He was VERY ugly to her and that is when I stepped in. (My sister is not a fighter, but I am). I called him and told him that was completely wrong that he never gave her a date, took her money, and would not reschedule her, after he said it wouldn't be a problem. He then proceeded to tell me that he did not tell my sister that and he took her money as a deposit for cancellation, and that she would not be rescheduled...So when I told him that I would get a lawyer involved, because I had his conversation recorded, of him saying that the dates were flexible, he got hostile and said "You are not my customer, I don't owe you anything" and hung up in my face. I called him back, we had a yelling match and he hung up on me again! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They LIE and STEAL and are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And then some lady name Debbie get on these reviews and say "We didn't have you as a customer, someone must have used our name, because this situation did not happen with us." LIES! It is VERY well Allstar moving! You guys are HORRIBLE and should be ashamed of yourselves....But EVERY DOG has its day!!! read more
