Do not use this company…read more I referred Mayberry Movers to my elderly parents, and the move was handled poorly from start to finish. The movers showed up with a trailer instead of a truck and damaged multiple items, including breaking the refrigerator water line, scratching the refrigerator and upright freezer, and cracking a dresser. On top of that, meat was stolen from my mother's freezer. My mother contacted the owner, Donte Mayberry, and felt dismissed. He agreed to meet her at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday to address the damages and never showed up. There was no follow-up and no accountability. This was an upsetting experience for my elderly parents and completely unacceptable. I will never use or recommend Mayberry Movers again.
