We booked a reservation on line on Saturday, June 18. It allowed us to book for thursday, June 23 between 8-12. Received an email confirmation. Didn't hear anything, so I called Tuesday , June 22 and talked to Rocky. He said they couldn't do it Thursday. When I asked why we were able to book it online if it wasn't available, I was told "Ive been moving for 30 f#$*#ing years". I informed him we were done. So unprofessional. Please be aware this company's help stole my son-in-law's bull riding buckle and ring! Some how my World Champion buckle, Rings, and a Rolex watch disappeared in the middle of us moving from Buna to Waxahachie and I am 100% sure that I put it in a yeti back pack and the moving company picked it up. I've contacted the moving company but they don't seem to have answers and don't really act like they want to help figure it out. I've looked at both houses anywhere and every where it could be. Sketchy. I was given a quote and when job was completed, I was told it was 400 more dollars. I gave him all cash, including a 150 dollar tip. He returned to tell me that he made a mistake. Tried to change me another 300 dollars. I told then I would have to write him check. He tells me that it is Christmas time and do not worry about it. Right. Things were broken in just about every box. I am also missing items!! I would recommend hiring someone else. The supervisor of the job was very sketchy and the other white guy was just lazy. This place amazed me. Rocky, James, Sean, and the rest of the crew were so professional and efficient. It was pricey because I had packers and movers but I absolutely got what I paid for and would do it again. They were on time, they set up my furniture, and they were so polite and respectful. They are probably great for a small move. I had an extremely large move of a great distance. The experience was horrible. I had sold my home and my mother had sold her home. I bought a home with an in law suite. Rocky came out and looked at the size of the move. He gave me an estimate, I negotiated for the steep sum, he would throw in white glove cleaning for both homes. Only one of the houses got cleaned. During the negotiation I was told I would have a crew and truck working on my part of the move and my mother would have a crew and truck working her move simultaneously. Well that did NOT happen! The same crew that worked all day on my move was expected to continue their night by packing my mother's truck which wasn't even brought to her home until that evening. By that time the crew was exhausted and handled my mother's possessions roughly causing damage. The delivery date was delayed by a day. When the crew arrived i had in my refrigerator ice water, cokes, and then I had two 24 packs of beer (for family coming the following day). I didn't mind them helping themselves to cokes and water and if they wanted A beer that was fine. The move continued until 11 pm. We were all very busy pointing out obvious damage and telling workers were items were to be placed. Well when I checked the ice box the next day let's just say "somebody" hit the beer HARD. We continue to unpack and find broken or missing items. We did find out recently part of my mother possessions were left behind. And her vacuum cleaner was one of the items. I would say if you have a small move they would do well, but keep looking for a large move! read more

MORE LIKE ALL AMERICAN LOSERS!!! I was very disappointed in there services and will never use then again. These bafoons charged by the hour just so they could drag their feet and play on their phones. It took them two and a half days to finish moving out two bedrooms!! On top of that they had 4+ people for the job!! It was a four hour job at most . NOW after two and a half days of playing on the phone , standing around, and being disrespectful when I asked simple questions they are gone!! Not to mention their truck broke down in my driveway for two additional days. Talk about a monstrosity, Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use this company again and I DO NOT recommend!! read more

All America Movers helped me move from one apt to another. The scheduling secretary was super sweet....I had to change my moving date several times due to becoming ill and they worked with me to make the changes on short notice! The movers arrived at the time requested. They did an amazing job wrapping all of my large furniture up to ensure no damage and used caution loading everything. They even helped me haul a few large items off to the trash that were too heavy/large for me to lift on my own! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that asks!!! read more

If I could do it all again, I would NEVER pay by the hour. I recommend getting a set price on moving everything verse paying by the hour. Reason being, you will catch the guys moving extremely slow and disappearing. While micromanaging these guys, one of the movers informed me that the reason he is going so slow is "because his boss James said that we are getting paid by the hour, so please slow down". (A side note, all the movers were extremely nice.) The moving truck ended up breaking down for several hours and they broke a large pot (they didn't offer to pay for) Then, we were charged $500 more than what we agreed upon. My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the entire process. Also when contacting Rocky (the owner) and told him about our experience, he ended up giving the phone to his wife who then started off the conversation by asking me "why I upset her husband". I remained very calm and let them know about our experience. Her and her husband were very dismissive and seem to care less. If anything, they were very unprofessional and rude. I have never had such poor customer service. read more

All American Movers handled my move from Beaumont to Houton last April. The moving team was great, but they did break a desk. I understand, it happens. Moving team took photos of broken desk and noted I would be reimbursed. Two months later, I contacted owner Rocky about reimbursement (noting I understood reimbursement was at only 60 cents per pound per the signed contract). His response was he had three months to handle and he would get back with me later. There is no question the desk was broken. Rocky has noted on multiple occasions by phone and email that he will send a check. But it's 10 months later, and he continues to promise a check and not deliver. For that reason, I would not recommend the company. I paid several thousand for the move and cannot get a $60 reimbursement check 10 months later. Guess I need to follow up with the BBB or Justice Court. If situation is handled in the future, I'll update this post. read more
