You should not be selling a home with any form of debris "new or otherwise" inside or outside of the property. As a seasoned buyer, I would never close on a home with a faulty air conditioning system. A large holdback would be required in this situation, again, by lendor's counsel, not the real estate agent. This sounds like a classic case of shooting the messenger. Kristin does not deserve your mudslinging.
