When I walk in, I feel like I am invited into her home. I truly enjoy the classes. When I am in class, I am able to wash away the rat of the world for a little bit and focus on just me. I leave feeling amazing both physically and emotionally. The classes are taught so that anyone can participate. I brought a friend who had never taken a single yoga class, and Dawn paid attention and walked her through the class. My friend signed up after the experience. I highly recommend Yoga DiVita!
