I've attended the Myrtle Beach facility for the last 18 months or so. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. I've had three trainers over my membership and Brendan Gallagher (my current trainer) has been the best. Always greets me by name and with a smile. He starts off the session by asking if anything in particular is bothering me. While many of the stretches are "standard", he will add a new or variation of a standard stretch that I can feel addresses what I told him I needed. And while he's doing that he engages in very pleasant conversation. I always walk out of the building feeling better than when I walked in. I recommend Stretch Zone and Brendan to my fellow golfers. read more

Really enjoyed my visits at Stretch Zone. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I like that you could try your first stretch for free and there was no obligation or push to sign up for anything. I had my first stretch and really liked it, so I decided to buy two more. I like that for both stretches I've had so far that they were different people, so I could see the differences. I like that both people listened and did not over stretch or push me too much past my limits. They have a 3, 5, 7 numbering scale, so they will only take you so far and they listen to you every step of the way. I really liked this and the fact they make you feel comfortable. I was reading other reviews and have never experienced anything but professionalism! the staff is trained and very knowledgeable. you can request what areas you want stretched. it's not magic and none of us developed our problems overnight! I have had such relief from my lower back pain and have regained flexibility that I have lost with age. highly recommend! Austin and the staff are amazing! read more

I was getting relief for chronic pain. my orthopedic doctor said "all is well" but it wasn't. So I decided to try Stretch Zone based upon a recommendation from a friend. I was feeling some relief so I kept going. i signed up because I was told 1) Credits never expire and 2) I could use my credits at any Stretch Zone. Both are false. Credits expire and are taken away rather quickly and each Stretch Zone is its own franchise so credits do not transfer. some stretchers are better than others, they all do the same stretching technique. Stretchers are not long term employees, they seem to leave their positions often. Overall, the fact that I feel they misrepresented themselves soured me on their organizatio. read more

This place is a glorified scam. Barely out of school employees and charging $45 a session. And, no matter what hurts, it's the same stretches. And buried in their dumb ass agreement, is a policy that you have to cancel 6 hrs in advance or lose your session. What company in the age of Covid does this, without at least one exception. Save yourself the time and spend $20 to go to a yoga class, then to deal with this operation. read more

This is the greatest single gift I've given myself! I came in for a free stretch aardvark immediately feels release from some pain going down sciatic area and shoulders. This place has been a life saver for me. I've had aches and pains build up over years and cut into my overall mobility and since coming here I feel like a brand new person. I have more energy to do everything. Stretching seems simple but we really take it for granted and the benefits are excellent. I see Taylor at the myrtle beach location and she's fantastic. Very knowledgeable, will answer any questions you may have before, during or after your consultation and will work with you to ensure the best results possible. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I have NEVER walked into a more unprofessional establishment in my life. I had a brief encounter with the owner, William Sturm. He was rude and clearly did not care for his customers OR EMPLOYEES at all. It is a miracle that this stretch zone is still open. I would recommend going anywhere but here. I only stopped in while visiting friends in the area, AGAINST the advisement of my friends (per what I thought were just rumors). I walked right out after witnessing his behavior.
