Requested a mortgage pay off 2 weeks ago. said they would mail it. Never received it . 2 days…read moreafter called them again. Asked for an email for the pay off. Told me it would be in by 5/24. Never received it. 2 days later called them again! Stayed on the phone until I saw it in my in box. Tried to pay it off that night online. Wouldn't accept it. Called Friday morning. The rep finally told me I had to send my payoff by wire from my bank. Then he gave me all kinds of account Numbers sent the wire. I called the corp office to talk the a supervisor because they had delayed my pay off by 2 weeks and I accrued more interest on the loan. They refused to wave the accrued interest. Will never, ever use them again. Worst customer service!
