He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. It looks really pretty (a phrase I never thought I'd say about a sump pump) but we now have a nicer system, no cords in the pit, one pump with a reliable battery back up. Worth the inflated cost of a big company for the peace of mind. Also despite my husband and I not wearing masks in our homes and not being near the plumbers that they sent out, these guys wore masks the entire time they worked and shoe covers. Good guys!
