Weeks later a card shows up in the mail from Zales?!?! I immediately call the 800 number and ask why did I get this card. The woman said that the Zales Outlet had signed off on it. The manager said that the guy had since been let go, because he was only on for seasonal work, and apologized. Such a stupid experience from an overpriced outlet with not much to offer customers.
