Placed an order on their website (item said in stock at time of order) 6 days go by with no communication. On the 6th day, receive an email saying item is not in stock, with no ETA on the item and asking what I would like to do. I respond by asking for my order to be cancelled. I receive an email response with one word "cancelled" and nothing else. Terrible customer service. Will never purchase from this site. read more

I was shopping around for the best prices and I wound up on Mounting Solutions Plus -- and I'm glad I did. Best prices, fast shipping; what else could a man ask for? I had an excellent experience and I will do business with MSP again. read more

I ordered an a.r.m.s. #18 mount, only to find out, days later by email, that it is backordered. I wouldn't have placed an order if I knew. Looking through the site it doesn't seem anything is marked "out of stock" or "backordered". I will wait and see if they come through. read more

Being recommended by the extraordinary long-range expert David Tubb and his staff to buy an essential part from Mounting Solutions Plus is what brought me to their website. First-hand experience of their extraordinary communications, service, verification process for accurate orders.... there are none in my lifetime I've ever seen better. This company is the example worth copying by others. The rail adaptor sold by MSP is very high grade machining and finishing by Blackhawk. The device is perfect for allowing me to adapt my rifle for the David Tubb's bipod. The rail is flawless. The combination is perfection. MSP is superb! Stephen read more

Outstanding products and service. I have no reservations at all in dealing with these folks. Highest recommendations.

This is for a review of the AK Top Scope Mount w/Tri Rail, item 111-NCS-MT. I own a fairly new Century Arms AK-47 with the stamped receiver, It did not work at all, was too wide and would not mount. I tried with clamps to make it fit but its a NO-GO. I will try to drill out the rivets and then mount the scope rail to the cover that came with my rifle which is a perfect fit to my gun. I gambled and lost on this selection, maybe it may work on yours but most of the reviews told me it was going to be trouble and they were correct. I am still hoping to top mount a scope on this rifle using the cover that came with it. read more

Firm keeps products on website as available when they are actually out of stock. Once I brought this to their attention, they still kept the product as "in stock" even though they did not have any inventory. read more

Don't buy from them. I purchased a shell holder and it was supposed to fit my shotgun. It doesn't and when I called them I got the story I can return it and pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping. Thier product doesn't fit eventhough they say it would in the description and 'm getting screwed great customer service. Avoid them I'm out $85 you don't have to make the same mistake. read more

I placed an order for two Texas Dogleg AK railed dust covers. Thier shipper delivered "my" order to the wrong address and in the end I am out 350 bucks with no resolution other than to try and figure it out with the shipper. Spend your money elsewhere, Midway USA and other credible companies would not throw a customer to the wolves. Beyond disappointed and disrespected...this has been a true twilight zone experience. read more

These guys did it again! 100% Fantastic!! Mounting Solutions comes through with flying colors and then some. I'm completing a build and called ahead (ahem) to verify whether or not a particular mount was in stock, and it was. Upon doing my search..an internet coupon code for 10% off popped up. I called again and asked if I could use that code in person. They honored the discount and actually thanked me for using it. Yes, you read that correctly. They thanked me for using a discount which prevented them from making more money than they could have. Friendly courteous and appreciative...what more could you ask of a business? They meet all of that ten-fold. I simply would not hesitate to purchase from MS+. Need I mention they also price match!? Do yourself a favor and give them an honest try. They WILL come through for you as well. read more

I ordered 2 SRS red dot sights from them. Received one that will not power up. Had a couple of emails back and forth between their sales rep, when they stopped replying. Will call CC and file a claim. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T UP TO PAR! read more

I was able to find what I was looking for. Many other sites were either sold out or didn't carry. Great service!

MSP is great. I ordered a fiber-optic front sight tip for my AR-15. This thing is awesome and MSP had the best price around. I am in the market for a red dot and a scope and these guys are going to be my first stop. For those complaining about them not having stuff in stock: CALL THEM. Websites can NEVER be up to date all the time. If you call them, they can personally check their stock and ensure you get what you ordered. read more

I was looking for a folding stock for a Mossberg 500 build I am doing for a client. I was very happy to find it available on MSP's website and immediately placed the order. I contacted my customer and told him I had found exactly what he was looking for and would have it soon. Later that afternoon I received an email from MSP saying there was a website/inventory error and the item I ordered was discontinued. I send an email back to customer service letting them know my thoughts. They email me back saying due to a supply chain disruption the item is out of stock but they expect them to arrive this month. I email them back asking is it out of stock or discontinued? I guess we will never know. Because all I'm hearing back from them is crickets. read more

The absolute worst company in existence. Purchased an item which their website stated would work for my particular weapon. It didn't. Since i did not have all the packaging material they refused accept a refund. Horrible Customer Service read more

Figured I'd jump on here and give props to MSP. I've ordered a number or items from the site. They've all showed up on time and without issue. Pricing is typically better than my LGS. Easy to get into an internet hole on the website. So, so much good stuff! read more

Awful customers service!!!!! Do NOT recommend buying from this company. They won't process payments through debit cards only pay pal accounts. Staff accused me of being a fraud! Staff and customer service are rude. read more

MSP appeared in a search for the best price on AR15 Magpul furniture. I ordered a bunch of items from them. Although my order has not shipped after several weeks due to low inventory I appreciate the fact that every time I have reached out to check status and/or make a change to the order they have responded quickly. I'm looking forward to this order arriving and continued business with them. read more

They will advertise products when they don't have them in stock, then make you wait on your backordered products you purchased without any information on when they are coming in while they hold your money. Terrible way to do business. read more

Ok so like an idiot I ordered two items off this site without reading the reviews. I spent like $100 and upon checking out, the web site said they would email me the details of my order. Keep in mind both items said they were in stock. I never received an email and the phone number on their web site would not work. I sent an email to them but just like the other reviews, no response back. It has been over a month and I still haven't herd back from them or received my items. Did I mention they took the money out of my account almost immediately after the purchase. Horrible business! I will never order anything from them again. !!!!!! I hope this place gets shut down for all the bad business and headaches they have caused people. Well got to go call the bank now and report this. By the way they received a one star rating from me because yelp wouldn't let me submit this without any stars. read more

I'm a longtime customer of MSP from VA. My latest purchase came without a hitch. Impressive especially during this anti-2A climate. Whenever I order from MSP (Bulgarian 40rd metal lipped AR mags, A.R.M.S. #71 flip ups, 30mm Anti-Cant Device (ACD)) I have it in my hands in 2-3 days. Customer service is exceptional, so much so in fact, that I recommend all the clients/students who go through my CCW and private firearm instruction classes to check if MSP has the gear they need. read more

So MAD! I ordered a flashlight mount on 11/29/12, the web site said it was in stock. Much like the other reviews, I did not receive my order. Instead I received an email stating it would be a week before I received it. A week, ok.... five weeks later, I still have not received it. They've held my money while I have been waiting too. If I didn't want the light mount, I would just cancel the order altogether. If you can help it, don't do business with Mounting Solutions Plus. read more

When it comes to buying tactical gun parts, there's obviously a million different places to do it. Now I didn't spend $1000's of dollars with MPS for the part I needed, but they treated me like I did. Don't hesitate to order from them, I know I will again. read more

great bunch of guys with a great product. I have not had a problem with service or product during the entire time I have used them.

Like others said the website won't say if the item is in stock or not until after you order it. So I did, and then called on the landline to cancel the order once I found out that one of the two items was backordered. Three weeks later I again went to their website and ordered the same two items, and the sent them, no problem. No issue with the items they sent. Now the sucky part, Evidently when I had canceled the initial order weeks ago someone didnt' get the messege. I suddenly get messages from UPS that packages are being shipped. So I call again and was told to just refuse the package, it would be sent back and my credit card would be credited. Well did that, and no response from them if they did that. So essentially I've been double billed. I won't buy from them again. read more
