Really the only thing that this company is good at is jacking up your bill which is done on a regular basis. I assume that their thinking is that since it is a pain to change we will just put up with the price hikes, crappy customer service and spotty intermittent internet service.

I had it installed at an apartment I own. The renter and I would share the bill. This would be the only way we would be interested in signing up. I set up the spectrum account on my tv and it wouldn't let me log in. I called charter and they said they were having problems and would call back with news on it getting fixed. I told the lady I wasn't going to pay until it worked because the only reason I signed up was so I could watch it at my house (a different location as the box). She told me to call in after the first bill and they would refund. They never called me back as promised. I called them and asked for the refund they promised for service I haven't been able to use. They we're unwilling to do so but insulted me with an offer of a $10 refund. To sum it up: 1) Sold me on a service that won't work. 2) Charged me for a service I haven't been able to use. 3) Told me they would call back and didn't follow through. 4) Told me they would refund me and won't do it. 5) Expect me to be a loyal customer and just pay for service I can't get. Good bye Spectrum. If you can use a different service I would!

My husband lost his A T & T phone on the street. He went his own company who could not locate it…read more He had an old phone he switched to until he could find his iphone 13. AT &T were of no help. They sent him to Geek Squad and they said they could not help but charged him $40. This am, he went to the Verizon store and while they are not his phone carrier, they pinged hi phone number and he was able to locate it. They did not charge him a penny. I have Verizon. Never had one problem with them. The two girls today found the address where his phone was and he picked it up. Thank you to the two ladies who assisted. We are so appreciative. He will be making a change as soon as his phone is paid for and coming to Verizon. Thank you so very much!

The best thing about Bresnan is there is no long term contract. Other than that.... its…read morequestionable. I have had more problems with Bresnan than I ever did with Dish and Direct TV. The picture quality is never a guarantee. Some days you might get all the channels, some days you wont. But with them having a monopoly on the local channels( with Wyomedia who wont give waivers to any dish or direct tv customers), its unfortunately the only option.

I have to reset the connection several times during the week and sometimes several times a day. They very rarely return my phone calls and refuse to adjust my bill for the days when their service was not available.
