Honestly I use to like this bank however over the years they've enjoyed suspending my card over almost every purchase Ive made. These last four months Ive gone in almost every other week to get my card suspension lifted and to set up a verification system to tell me if there was a suspicious charge that I can approve or deny, but their lack of capability truly shone through as over the past four months they have been unable to do such things. I am unsure if it is just this branch that is unsuited to do their jobs aside handing out money as a cashier would or if it is the company as a whole. Either way I strongly suggest that anyone looking to have access to their money do not store it here. I value being able to pay my bills and being able to access my hard earned money and look forward to Monday when I can close my account and transfer out of this bank service. Though it is regrettable to be leaving this bank after 9 years banking with them However not much point in banking with someone if you can't use the funds you earned. read more
