Landmark stated they are waiting on Reds to call and update their them with the diagnosis and fact they can't work on the system. Due to Reds failure to do their job, I now can't get Landmark to reassign to another contractor. Also, Reds left my furnace in parts, so whoever has to come behind them has to deal with a torn apart system as well.

Among them a new motor for $867. Something didn't sit right. I called Boise Heating and Cooling looking for a second opinion. Thank goodness Nick answered! He just replaced that motor and charged me $515. He arrived a few minutes early and was out in under an hour. In today's world having skilled, knowledgeable people we can hire knowing they will act with integrity is just getting harder and harder to come by. If you want to save yourself stress and money, don't do what I did, just call Boise Heating and Cooling first.
