I don't know about the agent, but his assistants do not return emails, phone calls and were very rude to me last phone conversation.

After playing phone tag with the same girl for weeks I finally got an invoice by email that was due that same day so I paid it quickly to avoid any late fees. By this time, it's frustrating to have to pay them a big portion of my refund that I had received months earlier. So because of that it's been an annoying experience but other than that it's been good. I was very happy to see some extra money come in that I wouldn't have received other wise. They just need to be more on top of the whole point of their business.. which is for them to get paid. Still a fan.
