Great service up until trying to pay them for getting me back my refunds. I tried to contact them…read moreto figure out how to pay them and it took them over two months to get back to me. After playing phone tag with the same girl for weeks I finally got an invoice by email that was due that same day so I paid it quickly to avoid any late fees. By this time, it's frustrating to have to pay them a big portion of my refund that I had received months earlier. So because of that it's been an annoying experience but other than that it's been good. I was very happy to see some extra money come in that I wouldn't have received other wise. They just need to be more on top of the whole point of their business.. which is for them to get paid. Still a fan.

Honestly I use to like this bank however over the years they've enjoyed suspending my card over…read morealmost every purchase Ive made. These last four months Ive gone in almost every other week to get my card suspension lifted and to set up a verification system to tell me if there was a suspicious charge that I can approve or deny, but their lack of capability truly shone through as over the past four months they have been unable to do such things. I am unsure if it is just this branch that is unsuited to do their jobs aside handing out money as a cashier would or if it is the company as a whole. Either way I strongly suggest that anyone looking to have access to their money do not store it here. I value being able to pay my bills and being able to access my hard earned money and look forward to Monday when I can close my account and transfer out of this bank service. Though it is regrettable to be leaving this bank after 9 years banking with them However not much point in banking with someone if you can't use the funds you earned.

Another stellar review for this place - couldn't have had a better experience!…read more I found myself in a very similar long-distance printing situation to reviewer Kathryn M. - I had prepared materials for an event in Ketchum and sent them with the colleague who would be presenting, but at the last minute I realized that I had sent the wrong forms. The forms are full color, 3-to-a-page, double-sided - not just something that can be printed off at home printer. Patrick was so easy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and super responsive by email. Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. He sent me updates on the progress of the job, so it was easy for me to coordinate with the person who was picking the forms up - and she raved to me about how great the job was and how wonderful Patrick had been. I haven't seen the product yet, but form what she said, it sounds like the last-minute replacements were even better quality than the originals.
