Actually found this studio through a new instructor who had a Yelp! Profile for her yoga and fitness classes. So happy I found this place! I come to Helena at least 2-3 times a year and it is so nice to know I have a place to go outside of the hotel gym. I tried the Barre class with Hannah and what a great workout! A little different in the sign up, I am used to having to go online or call in first but the studio reached out to my inquiry and said just come on by, love that I can pop in for a class I want versus having to make sure there is room. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and what a great space! Open and plenty of room to spread out for the class. Hannah definitely worked us out hard and love that she every once in awhile would remind us to smile. Putting a smile on your face pushes you through for sure! Drop in price is $10 what a great deal! If you are a student it looks like drop in is only $8. They also have other options for memberships if you want unlimited or you can by 10 for $80. Very good pricing. I will for sure be back for more classes the next time I am in town, I really want to try their hot yoga for sure.

I had thought I had communicated this to management and since I hadn't heard back, I thought they had canceled my membership. No mail from them, no email, no calls/voicemail. This month, I received a letter from a collection agency for over $500 stating I owed crossroads this much. I never changed addresses, phone or email since I had signed up - there was no reason not to contact me and correct my mistake for many months... Nice front desk people do not make up for lack of communication or management.

This was my first and although nervous i was excited to reap the benefits of this unfamiliar therapy. The float allows for complete muscle relaxation and the perfect setting to silence your brain and still your body. Nikki guided me through what the 60 minute session would be like. A private room with a shower for a quick rinse off and in the tank I goes. For the complete deprivation experience I shut the internal lights and music off, followed by closing the lid of the human sized egg shaped tank. Laying back in about 16" of water saturated with salt keeps me completely afloat and the sensation of being weightless in space begins. My first thought was there's was no way i would be able to do 60 minutes of silence with my body and brain as active as it is. Suddenly i was laying there, my body completely relaxed, my head completely silent...peace, relaxation, thinking this must be the verge of tranquility. As quickly as it started the 60 minute session was done and i was feeling calm refreshed and relaxed. Thank you Thrive!! I'm ready for the massage chair and sauna session next!!
