The entire building exudes a sense of adventure, with its impressive size and exciting hunting decor and waterfall makes it feel like stepping into the great outdoors. I was amazed by the wide range of products they carry, from cart hart to north face to ray ban. We decided that I needed a new fishing pool for offshore fishing. We found a fantastic deal on one, and we also got a great deal on a fishing license. The service provided was exceptional and courteous. I'll be coming back here again and again to explore what other products they have that will enhance my next fishing adventure.

I caught site of this business called Columbia Factory. It is store #938 located in District 9 on the map of the mall previously opened in 2019. This outlet store carries apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels and for all seasons of the year too! Prices are decent. I stopped in to look for winter boots to match my Columbia 3 layer ski jacket which are located in the back of the store with other boots. My Photo is attached of the style I liked but my size was not available to try on. Prices were decent compared to shopping online. I heard Yeti was a great brand to keep the water cold for a very long time. I have been looking for a color I liked and found a nice red one here called Harvest Red. I do not think Yeti is discounted very often, so I probably just paid they typical price, but I liked their assortment. Their customer service was really good. Many people talked to me to make sure I found what I needed and they were all very friendly and personable. They do ask you to join their club. I do not buy enough for it to be worth my while but it seems like a decent deal if you do buy here often since it is one fairly small payment for life and allows you to accumulate points or get a discount. They have a small but nice shoe selection, and I like the clothing selection as well. If you are interested in a smaller, less overwhelming sporting goods shop, this is a nice one.

There were many areas that I was not able to get to. The socks, which is what I came for, are on a wall at the back of the clearance area. The floor was so covered in merchandise and the displays were so close together, that I could not get near them. The clothing aisles were all diagonal and impossible to navigate. Lastly, and most upsetting to me, my daughter and I were checking out at the same time and her cashier was really pleasant, greeted her warmly and kept up a stream of converation, but the one that waited on me was rude and barely spoke. I can't say for sure that this was due to my disability, but what else am I to think? Evidently Rei doesn't care for disabled people. Or maybe they think that people with disabilities do not need active merchandise, so they don't have to cater to them. Either way it was sad to be treated negatively just because I have to use a scooter to get around.
