Got the last 10' truck, all the various supplies (boxes, tape, lock). They made the process easy. Unfortunately, the truck broke down 10 miles outside town. While I'd prefer not to have needed them, UHaul Roadside Assistance was impressive. They stayed in touch, gave clear information, and arranged all the logistics to get us back on the road. They found another 10' truck (110 miles away, on our intended route), arranged a tow that covered that territory, and we did the swap and got back on the road. This took some time due to the distances involved. UHaul Vernal reached out to us and made reasonable adjustments to our bill for our inconvenience.

Took a 4 wheeler in because it had oil in the air box and no power. Beers said it was a carb issue…read moreso they did a 600 dollar tune up on it and replaced the air filter. Then called and said that didn't fix it and then told us it might need a new camshaft, they said it was a common problem with this year and make of 4 wheeler. They then quoted another 600 dollars plus to change that. They were promptly told no. Went in to pick it up and talked to them about the bill hoping they would do the right thing and reduce it because all they did was throw parts at it without fixing the problem. All I got was "maybe you should have just bought a new machine instead" and "it is running better than before, it will do 25mph now and that might get you by for a while". I have had a couple other people tell me that Beers did the same thing with them(throw parts at a machine without fixing it and the charging an absurd amount). I will not be taking anything else to Beers and would much rather drive the distance to Heber or Utah Valley to a reputable dealer. I will also not recommend them to anyone else for any service or sales. Beers, the home of the $600 tube up.

The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.
