They truly cared about us finding a home that would be just right for us and our family's current and future needs. They were very detailed in their strategy, talked us out of a couple of houses that we now know would not have been the best fit for us, and we know we would not have been likely to end up in our dream home that we are now in without their expertise. Working with them was unlike any other experience we've ever had with other realtors, where it felt like they mainly wanted to get a quick sale through even when it was not in our best interest, we often ended up talking to secretaries who didn't know us and our situation very well, and it would often take a lot of time for the realtors we were working with to get back to us. Anne and Bob offered us a whole different experience where we only dealt with them personally and our concerns were listened to and solved rapidly as they came up.
