Sandra Quinn is that realtor! Sandra took care of us with optimism, energy, incredible competence, local insight, empathy and patience. Her work didn't stop when our house closed, she continued (and continues) to provide us with a network of support to make the transition truly successful. It takes a village to successfully create a new life in a new location and Sandra Quinn was our village. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

I've purchased several homes throughout my lifetime, but this was my first in Palm Springs…read more Fortunately, I had a chance introduction to Sandra Quinn years ago and kept her business card tucked away for the day I would need it. Like many buyers, I began my vacation home search by closely monitoring new listings on Zillow. While I looked at many properties, nothing ever seemed to come together. Eventually, I reached out to Sandra, and that decision quickly led to an opportunity I never would have found on my own. Once we decided to make an offer, I assumed that with 42 years of sales experience, I would be calling the shots. Boy, was I wrong--in the best possible way. Sandra was masterful in her relationship with the seller's agent, and every potential obstacle was addressed quickly and professionally. Her experience and negotiation skills were invaluable throughout the process. After our offer was accepted, I was introduced to the Sandra Quinn Team. Escrow closed quickly, and the entire team went above and beyond to welcome us to our new home. I can't say enough about Joan Adams, Sandra's sister. The transition of the home was handled so smoothly, and they made the entire process easy, especially since we were living out of town. It was truly seamless. The home we purchased had a couple of years' worth of deferred maintenance, and we were eager to move in quickly to enjoy the final months of spring. Sandra and her team introduced us to several contractors who exceeded our expectations. Every one of them responded promptly--often the same day or within 24 hours. Not only were they highly skilled in their trades, but they were also friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra Quinn and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Palm Springs. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I would never use anyone else in the Palm Springs area.

She communicated quickly and thoroughly, had the resources to prepare our property, advised on how to make a winning offer in a competitive market, and did thorough research with the other buying/selling agent to find out all she could to help us in our negotiations. She is knowledgable, experienced, friendly, and a go-getter! I highly recommend Traci to you for your purchase or sale! We have been so lucky to have her!

She was thorough, thoughtful and generous with every aspect of buying and closing on a home. From the very beginning she took every opportunity to learn about what exactly we were looking for and she delivered. She was able to explain the pros and cons of each property she showed us and how they pertained to our ideal home purchase. In the end she knew what we wanted more than we did. The magic didn't stop as soon as we had our offer accepted, she continued to amaze us everyday with the extra work she was putting in to help us with our various home related projects. She researched, scheduled and met with various contractors, and always took intuitive without us even having to ask. So many details were beyond the scope of what you would expect from a realtor but Heather jumped in head first like a pro and held our hand the entire way. She went miles above what any other realtor would have done and in the end she feels more like a family member than anything because she treated us as such.  We are just as happy with Heather as we are with our new home. You can't go wrong with her as your realtor!

I am on the board of directors for a very large homeowners association in the Palm Springs area and…read morewas tasked with finding a real estate broker to help us sell a home that the HOA acquired. It had been tied up in the courts for over 10 years and was touch and go up until the day of closing. I was chosen to spearhead this project as I had recently retired from a successful 30-year career selling real estate in the Seattle area. While interviewing brokers, I was looking for someone who could closely mimic the way that I conducted my business when I was actively selling real estate. I was looking for someone responsive, someone who embraced technology/the internet/social media, and someone who was genuinely excited about selling this specific home. Signe clicked off all of the boxes I was looking for. I found brokers who clicked off a few but she was the entire package. Our HOA had a bottom line number that we needed to be able to pay off the enormous amount of debt accrued and it was a mighty task to get that number. The majority of the board never felt we could get our price, and I was starting to get a bit nervous during the process, but Signe never waivered. We received a full price offer immediately but they got cold feet the next day. The next group of offers were all "bottom feeders" looking for a sweet deal which wasn't going to happen as we had a fiduciary duty to our homeowners. Signe told us to stay positive and her guidance paid off. Signe did a great job with open houses! Most open houses are a great way to brokers to pick up new buyers as clients. Signe actually holds open houses to sell homes - what a novel concept! Her turnouts were great and she would provide us with fabulous feedback. Her communication to HOA powers to be were phenomenal! I don't think that I've ever met a broker as responsive and helpful with feedback as Signe. And her initial feedback on what needed to be done to get the home ready for market was impeccable and spot on. Bottom line, I can't recommend Signe enough and I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!
