I never hit the answering machine which is so nice To get quick responses. The drivers have always been so nice (we've had 2). One driver had to drive around about 30 kids under 8 years old and he was such a trooper. Understanding the potty breaks especially! (We've learned our lessons and upgraded to the bus with bathrooms!) Our bus arrived early and dropped us off where we needed to be without a hiccup. We got exactly what we needed and was able to take away any worries we'd have with driving to the concert at shoreline. No parking issues or traffic or of course having a DD.

The communication, connection, reassurance, and commitment to giving our students and staff the best experience for our UCSC was more than exceptional. The day started with Shayna calling me to introduce herself and to let me know of her location. Shayna drove us safely to our destination at UCSC and was there when we needed her most. Shayna has such a welcoming and sweet personality, we absolutely enjoyed her company and would love for her to come back to be our driver again! We were able to receive such an amazing service and the day couldn't have gone the way it did without her. Shayna went above and beyond for us and made our group laugh and smile. We would love to be using quality assurance travel again for our next trip!

Maybe I got lucky. Very very lucky…read more San Jose cal train station was my pick up point for departure at 7:40am on Tuesday. 22 people and 80 seats so, I'm sure this is one of major factors. The driver was amazing on the intercom his voice was clear, energetic and very pleasant. The mid way pit stop was also a great choice and and the 30 minutes was more then enough time for me. Now this is my 2nd time using this brand and the first try was not the same. The first experience the bus was a 1 story and tight. The 2nd bus experience during this visit was the double decker. If this was or could be the consistent experience then, 100% would recommend giving it a try. 1 tip Bring a jacket or 2 jackets with *hoods. Why because even though the bus was clean... you never know. The good will make feel more comfortable and safe to put your head back on the seat (knowing your head and hair are safe).2nd tip is bring sanitizer wipes... I don't but it's probably worth it to have them when going into bathrooms and touching doors.

I've taken Megabus a handful of times from San Jose to LA and back which all have been fine…read morecompared to my one and only Greyhound experience. However, tonight's experience totally changes my overall experience with Megabus. I'm writing this at 5am waiting for the next bus back home to San Jose. I got a Service Alert email after I booked my ticket from Anaheim to San Jose on Friday, 1/18. The email said the bus would have delays up to an hour due to operational issues which is weird to get it the day before. I didn't think much of it because bus delays happens. It was supposed to depart Saturday, 1/19 at 10:20pm. They email us 17 minutes later that the bus has been canceled. Another Megabus driver had to tell us the overnight bus going back to the Bay Area was canceled. If they knew beforehand these delays would cause a cancelation they should let the customer know so they can change to an earlier trip. Or have another bus. You have a lot of passengers going to San Jose & San Francisco! So now I'm stuck in Anaheim almost 11 more hours after I was supposed to go home because the next available bus departs at 9:05am. Yes they offer refunds or exchange for a rescheduled trip. But this inconvenience they caused could have been prevented if they had better communication and a backup bus if there are operational/mechanical issues. I'm supposed to be at work in the morning but I have to call out so thanks Megabus for making me lose a day's worth of pay! Update: I took the bus departing after 7am from LA Union Station and they charged me $5 to take the earlier bus.
