No really this place is great and I don't know how they did it but the staff is always super nice. They even apologized when I had gone past my 30 day return window! Who does that? I could tell she really meant it too! I've always been able to browse for stuff also without being pestered like other stores do sometimes. But when ever I have a question the staff is quick to respond. I guess thats because of the straight shooting farmers always shopping there don't want to be bothered? I love the bolt selection there and the prices are the best - BY THE POUND! Go any other hardware store and you're paying BY THE BOLT! I hate trying to remember how much each washer, bolt, nut. lock washer, wingnut, etc, etc... thing is and then write on there stupid plastic bags... and who brings a dang pen with them to a hard wear store!? Ok well maybe I just never do. But anyway BY THE POUND is Awesome! They can also order just about any farm supply/tool/feed/part you are looking for. I used this place many times to build my jeep and trailers over the years. Come check out this Tractor Supply on the hill just outside of Murphy, its top notch!

That was way too expensive for me so I called around and was going to switch to a new vet for half that. Dr Gamble called me and had figured out the exact amount that the exam was going to cost ($175) and wanted to see if I wanted to stay with them since they had all his records and they know him. I decided to stay since she took the time and effort to go out of her way to call me. It lets me know that they care more about our pets than making a dollar, and that's hard to find.

Their prices are surprisingly competitive for a smaller store, and there is absolutely no feel that they're trying to "upsell." They carry premium brand dog and cat foods (we use Blue Buffalo which they stock) and they have supplies for aquatic pets as well as reptiles. (They also sell birds and reptiles.) We needed superworms for our bearded dragon, and the ones they sold were all alive and active, and good sized. If they don't have what you need in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you.
