They don't seem to want to earn your business too much. When I went in I threw the associate a bone when I said "I drove all the way up here from Westminster. I was hoping to find a place with better selection that the stores in my Area and it looks like you guys have it." His response was a simple, "We try." Well not hard enough. Like most game stores it felt like I was on the outside looking in because I wasn't a regular. I browsed for half an hour and was spoken to exactly once but the regulars playing games in the back got a ton of attention. Decent store, but not good enough for me to make the long trip to them.

I learned a lot of new techniques and it was a lot of fun (was almost late back to work because I got distracted--totally worth it) The prices on their minis are fantastic; I wish they had more. It appears there is a mold problem and that makes this an OSHA health and safety issue. I can't even get past this filth to Review other things but I will make mention of two employees: The lady working in the fabric department was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and efficient. Thank you for your help today. The young lady at the cash register who checked me out was likewise helpful, professional, efficient and friendly with a great smile that made me feel good about my purchase. The one star review is because of the health issues in the lavatory - completely unacceptable - and for the attitude of the assistant manager at the check out and her acceptance of the grim conditions in the lavatory. And, as I think about this, she's probably a liar because if these bathrooms are cleaned every day my name is Jesus Christ. Jesus is VERY DISAPPOINTED by the management of this store.

Unfortunately, this is at least the third time I had experienced this mistreatment. I love Hobby Lobby but will travel outside of the Longmont area as a result. Hobby Lobby's mission centers on "Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating in a manner consistent with Biblical principles." NOT SO! They ought to "check their attitude's" as I do not feel this mission statement is accurate.

Need balloons? Stay away from this location. Far far away…read more I stood here for two hours just to place a balloon order. The person helping me wasn't familiar with the inventory. I placed my order one week ago. A party of 80 people. Nine balloon bouquets to be ready at 3PM. I called at 3PM to confirm they were ready. Nope we just started. Why? What happened? Oh the morning crew didn't do it. Right. I walked in at 4:15PM. Not ready. The girl behind the counter was working on a different order. I asked how much longer? The middle-aged woman said "hey it is what it is". Right. Can you imagine if everyone was this incompetent? She couldn't have cared less. It is what it is. I have 80 people coming to my son's event. He's 13. I'm giving opening remarks. I rented a van to transport the balloons and other table decorations. The older lady said "ya know we're working as fast as we can, the morning team shudda done it" .... Nope. Not interested in excuses. When you pay like shit, you will get shitty workers. And those workers will treat their customers like shit. Maybe someone should start a balloon truck. You'd put Michaels out of business. It is 4:26PM.

This location unfortunately is doing no service to its reputation, specifically the store managers lack of customer service. I had a simple return that I wanted to make and was told it was final sale and could not be completed. I challenged her on that detail and found that in fact, it was not final sale!!! Seemed I just caught her in a bad mood. From the looks of other reviews this service from the manager seems to be a common occurrence. That being said I was able to call Michaels corporate number, and I was offered a refund within five minutes of explaining my situation. All to say, this unfortunately put a bad taste in our mouth for this situation. I highly encourage the owners of this branch to look into their customer service problem.
