Our pups & daughter couldn't take it, and it was late so had to stay at a hotel. Next day I took it to a place who let us know we needed a new AC Compressor, but they didn't have it in stock. They recommended a nearby dealership who when I went to it they told me they could do the job and had my car all day. End of the day said they couldn't do it. I was in full panic mode and called tire mountain & auto on a whim and explained my situation. I knew they were closed weekends per their website & also it was so late in the day. I was listened to, and told definitely Monday it could be done. But we had to get home. I thanked them & went to find cooling mats & portable fans to try to make the drive. A couple hours later my phone rang and it was the owner I had spoken to earlier. He called to let me know he had 2 guys willing to come in on their day off, so they could get us on the road. AMAZING owners, service, and boy is our car cold! They didn't jack up the price, which they easily could have. Forever grateful for the kindness of a stranger. I'd 1000% recommend this business! Neither of which is true, this place is trying to scam people into paying for services not needed. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion on anything they tell you or simply not using this business at all.

I had multiple issues with Candler Tire and would not recommend them…read more In 2024, I brought my car in for brake work and had to return twice because the issue wasn't fixed. I ultimately had to go to another shop to resolve it. They also left off my skid plate, and it took over a month to get it replaced. Most recently, another licensed repair shop found that the axle shaft installed by Candler Tire was the wrong part for my vehicle, which required me to pay out of pocket for corrective repairs. I attempted to resolve this directly and even offered for them to speak with the inspecting shop, but they adamantly declined and would not work toward a resolution. Based on these experiences, I would not trust them with future repairs and recommend people go elsewhere.
