A week later I had a flat. I called and a very rude woman told me they didn't cover that. I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the run around. I wondered if she pocketed the $. I purchased another tire else where. I let that slide. My a/c went out. I took my car there paying $300. It half way works. Again, I went to them. I do transports for special needs individuals. I have to have air. Again, the very rude woman had an attitude. She argued with me yelling I didn't buy my tires there. When she realized she was wrong she got even uglier. She said it wasn't their fault the air didn't work. They were not responsible. I decided to just leave. As I exited the door she yelled bye a few times. I turned around looking for a manager or the owner. I went into the bay area where she was talking about me to her coworkers. I asked for owners number and she wouldn't give it to me. Telling me they would tell me the same thing. I told her I wanted to talk to them about her behavior. That she was completely unprofessional. She was red faced yelling obscenities at me as I left. Idk if any of what she said was true. I just know as long as she is at the front desk I will take my business elsewhere. I hope the owners see this and remove her as the face of this establishment.

My insurance company then declared the car a total loss, even though the damage was repairable. I heard about Hedden's and took my car there instead. Not only did they fix it they brought it in for just $5000.00! The car looks great and I'm so thankful to have found such a helpful and hard-working garage. The inside of the door frames still had dirt around the hinges on both doors, the wax job looked like one coat of wax with wax remaining on the seams of the hood, there was still oxidation on the roof, which I don't think was waxed, and the gas cap area was still dirty. All these things are done in a full detail. Don't get me wrong, the car was clean, like a $40 car wash clean, but NOT a $200 "full detail" clean. I won't return.
