Finally she gave me a plat, but the information was incorrect (wrong address). She said she would correct it and file it later that week, but it was never done. She put in some pins, but "forgot" the caps. She asked to be paid in cash and naively I gave her 1,200 for her work and then she ghosted me and never did the last bit of follow through: putting on the caps and filing it with the county. So issues that I've had with a neighbor claiming parts of my property are on hold since the police can do nothing until the survey is complete. We hired…read moreJamie on recommendation of a local realtor, who has since pulled the recommendation back due to multiple issues with this company and Jamie's shady services. Our experience - very slow to communicate (weeks and months for a response), and when she does communicate, it's confused and makes no sense. We needed a survey prior to closing in January. We reached out in early December. We did not receive the completed or recorded survey as promised in time for the closing, but she provided a hand-drawing of the property (worthless). By April, still nothing but we got a bill to pay her, still with no survey. Months went by, we continued to receive a bill, but no survey, and she threatened to not file it ever, which is against the law. Finally, mid-October, I insisted that she meet me in person to record the survey, and so that I could pay her in full. According to locals, this is common with her- she does not fulfill her contracted agreements, does not follow through and does not communicate. Do not use this company-use another local reputable surveyor. Nothing but drama and a headache dealing with her.
