I wanted to come back and update my review. The wife (Lauren) reached out to me to discuss my…read morereview. After going over the events of that day, she offered to come back and re-do the service. I agreed. Lauren returned and apologized again. She took her time, and the service was much better than the last visit. She appears to take pride in her work. I think they need to re-evaluate their pricing, or base it off of how dirty the house is. I believe they could really grow their business this way. I messaged them on Monday and they were quick to call me back. I was told that for the first visit they required a "deep clean". I asked about baseboards and they said it was an $20. I was fine with that. I was quoted $300 with tax if I pre-paid. I agreed and we booked the deep cleaning for Thursday. When Scotty arrived he told me his wife was sick and it would just be him. I offered to re-book if he needed to take care of her. He declined. He was here less than 2 hours for a "deep clean". The island or countertops were not touched and the baseboards didn't looked like they had been touched. The fridge wasn't wiped down and the counter around the stove wasn't cleaned. For $300 I'm extremely disappointed. I don't even think he changed out the water when he mopped the floors (my entire house is hardwood and tile in the bathroom). The shower door wasn't cleaned there was still soap scum on them. He offered to come back and clean it, but I had already cleaned everything he didn't. He did admit he "forgot to clean the countertops and island". He also offered 20% refund which I didn't decline or accept (but never received). I was extremely disappointed.

Which is not good at all.Shes really old and can bareky get arou d and he takes her to do a job and doesnt even make sure she has anything to drink.I was hired on by him to be a 1099 employee and i worked one day with dakota and his mother .i felt terri ke for her because hes not only using her like shes a Hebrew slave hes also nean to her.Long stiry shirt we agreed on a price of $150 for my time and my work for the day.I was first told id be paid once the job was complete however i was not. Then it was ill pay u as soon as the money hits my account.ok fine i understa d how that goes so i wait patiently for days until i got aggrivated with him for not paying so i message him and he didnt like what i had to say so he told me i wouldnt be getting paid and that his partner Josh who he claims is his atrorney would contact me.well its been 2 months and ive not heard a word from either one if them . So if ur thinking about using this company i would not.Dakota has a felony conviction for a violent crime on his recird and he uses his mother and anyone else he can .
