I'm thrilled with how they turned out. They did 5-star work. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of issues with timeliness in coming/arrival and finishing jobs in a timely manner that others mentioned in their reviews. I do hope that this company visits this criticism and takes it as incentive and opportunity to review how they can improve in this area. I appreciate their work ethic and workmanship so much.

They gave excuses of: An emergency gas leak Emergency illness Tech comes out and says we need the boom lift and its not available today Tech with boom calls and reports boom has a repair issue that just happened Each time this was notice given day of service after the arrival time that they scheduled.

Nick, small business owner of Reds Refrigeration Service and Repair delivered and even went beyond…read morewhat any paying customer can expect when your 32 year old air conditioner has an irreparable leak of now banned Freon and has stopped cooling during the hottest days of triple digit temperatures in Boise. Working with my Landmark my home warranty provider, he promptly provided his professional assessment and obtained an approval for a much-needed unit upgrade, facilitated getting the unit delivered in just a few days, and completed the installation on a Saturday morning as the temperature rose to 102 degrees that afternoon - whew! Thank you, Nick!!! During installation, an internally corroded ventilation flume pipe broke, and Nick knew where to go to get a new one and did just that without missing a beat. This could have caused another two or more days' delay, but Nick took care of us. He explained the warranty and that the new unit was already registered with the manufacturer. It's working superlatively and we couldn't be happier with Nick's service and attention to detail, including adding additional structural support to some damaged dry wall under the unit that he didn't have to do nor did I realize it was compromised from previous water damage from the prior unit; he also applied new duct seam adhesive at all junctures and improved access to the filter for us. He just replaced that motor and charged me $515. He arrived a few minutes early and was out in under an hour. In today's world having skilled, knowledgeable people we can hire knowing they will act with integrity is just getting harder and harder to come by.
