Because he was so kind and generous to do that, I asked if he would be interested in re-bricking our front steps as well. He agreed and also did a beautiful job on them. I'm thrilled with how they turned out. They did 5-star work. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of issues with timeliness in coming/arrival and finishing jobs in a timely manner that others mentioned in their reviews. I do hope that this company visits this criticism and takes it as incentive and opportunity to review how they can improve in this area. I appreciate their work ethic and workmanship so much.

Oh, and it took scheduling out 2 months for the first scheduled cleaning. They gave excuses of: An emergency gas leak Emergency illness Tech comes out and says we need the boom lift and its not available today Tech with boom calls and reports boom has a repair issue that just happened Each time this was notice given day of service after the arrival time that they scheduled.

Landmark stated they are waiting on Reds to call and update their them with the diagnosis and fact they can't work on the system. Due to Reds failure to do their job, I now can't get Landmark to reassign to another contractor. Also, Reds left my furnace in parts, so whoever has to come behind them has to deal with a torn apart system as well.
