I had to call them twice to get an update. Never happened. Figured I'd give them a 2nd shot. Guess what? #2 was a no show this weekend. My husband called twice to let them know no one showed up & to find a replacement. Again, never happened. But this time, they made sure to tell me & my husband that the person would be 'fired Monday morning.' As any responsible business owner or manager knows, these details are unprofessional & placing the blame on an individual, not taking responsibility. I then had the joy of hearing, 'there's nothing we can do.' Really? Nothing you can do? How about fulfill your obligation to ensure your appts are kept and the customer is happy. One person quits, another is a no show within weeks...sounds like the unhappiest place on earth. Oh and of course the manager never called me as I requested. They stopped cleaning our home because it was "messier than they expected" and they "were just done." We have two dogs and two cats. This was a move out clean. If wr thought we could do it on our own, we wouldn't have hired someone. They repeatedly called us over to do things like vacuum so we wouldn't clog up their machines, and ultimately shamed us for the state of our home... They made comments like, "wow. Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.

The good thing is they're the best. They bring all cleaning "stuff" like sprays and vacuums. If they're scheduled for 2 pm, they show up at 1:59. I can do everything they do, but it would take me 2 days for what they do in 2 hours. Highly recommend.
