HC&B offered me a deal I could not resist, they offered to clean one room in my home for free and if I liked it then all I had to do was pay for the other rooms I wanted clean, I must say I was very pleased with there service and will definitely be using them a lot more often. The best part I love is that they offer much more then just cleaning homes they do yard work and will even do my grocery shopping for me amazing especially with three growing kids who are always hungry ALL the time lol Ps. I was even given a $25 gift certificate for referring my friend to them so be be sure to refer your friends to them so you can get one too.

While I do appreciate her offering to come back and spend 30 more min to finish the job, I didn't want her back in my home rushing thru a service I paid well for. After requesting 50% back for the things she missed she then told me no refunds and blocked me on social media. I was nothing but nice, and I hate being rude about a service someone was doing for me, I paid full price and got a half done job. I wouldn't recommend this business

Actually they noticed quite a few things needing to be done around the house outside of a "normal cleaning". And boy, did they knock out a lot of our "honey do" list items! I usually don't leave bad reviews because honestly, it's usually not worth the hassle. That said, I…read morewas pretty disappointed in the service that A to Z All Things Clean provided to us. They stopped cleaning our home because it was "messier than they expected" and they "were just done." They asked us to give them the second half of the money before the service was completed because "it looked to be more work than they thought." Our home, while messy, was not a disaster zone. We have two dogs and two cats. This was a move out clean. If wr thought we could do it on our own, we wouldn't have hired someone. They repeatedly called us over to do things like vacuum so we wouldn't clog up their machines, and ultimately shamed us for the state of our home... They made comments like, "wow. Those blinds cleaned better than expected. Before I'd tap them and POOF dirt would fly in my face. They were FILTHY" and asked us why we didn't brush our dog to reduce shedding. He's a GSD. He sheds despite us brushing him. She told my husband repeatedly that our toilets were disgusting and she needed to use multiple cleaning products to get rid of the stains - of which she decided she wasn't going to clean anymore and left them for us to do. She finally decided she didn't want to work anymore and left us to clean the rest of what she didn't want to do. I'm angry to say the least. Not only were her comments to us unprofessional, but we paid her to finish this job and she didn't - AFTER asking for the second half of our payment prior to finishing. She did an initial assessment and decided she could do it, and then went back on her word. You just don't do that. She may be a sweet lady but I would not use her again, and I'm honestly extremely disappointed and angry in how the entire clean was handled.
