They walked the client and I through how to use the pool pump and accessing the app with ease. All the neighbors looked on in envy so I'm hoping this is a service that homeowners in LA will look into. It's more affordable than one would think and a worthwhile service that you hope you never have to use, but will be grateful if you have it. There are a small handful of people offering this service in LA, I would encourage you to do your research, ask a lot of questions and compare estimates. I went with Brian largely because he was very direct and straightforward. He didn't try to "sell" me on a lot of bells and whistles like other vendors did. On the contrary, he explained those bells and whistles and gave sound reasoning why he wasn't on board with certain technology. But his biggest draw is he is an active firefighter and not only knows how things go down in a fire in terms of flighting it, but he'll tell you about where the water is coming from within the city and what you can and maybe cannot rely on from city resources, which is very important and sadly something we learned in the January 2025 fires.
