Having personal experience with this service I would say that the fault in the driving is most likely with the other driver.

Most planes that fly in/out are only up to about 8-12 people so checking in and getting through security is super easy and fast. I have found 30 minutes is more than enough. Although, 45 minutes (I believe) is recommended. A huge upgrade was their move to operating with Southern Airways Express airline. Planes have more space, are cleaner, don't "seem" to have the mechanical issues Boutique had. Looking forward to flying via Show Low Airport in the future.

This is a beautiful park, very peaceful and quiet in a great location to everything. However they…read morecall it a RV Resort but in all honesty it's a vacation village of privately owned park models. They rent out vacant lots for RV guest. The park management was very courteous and yes the WiFi was very fast. There are a couple small issues that may be bigger issues for some like there are no bathrooms and shower but let's be real, if you have a motorhome or travel trailer you really don't need them you should have your own. Trees are a issue for satellite and the cable tv inputs are only for long term guest and residents. The BIG issue is that the park roads are extremely narrow with some corners cannot be made with a large RV. In our short time stayed I met a lot guest that hit trees or rocks on street corners and RV spaces corners. It's very difficult while maneuvering the narrow streets and sharp corners to the your rv spot. This park is not Big Rig friendly. I however have been RVing for over 20 years and did manage extremely carefully and cautiously with a great deal of stress maneuver our 45 foot Prevost H3 through the park. Several streets the management will even warn you that a simple right or even left turns cannot be made. Unfortunately as friendly as the staff was and as beautiful as the park is I would never try my luck again taking our bus there again. We had a great stay but it is only by the grace of God I was able to get in and out without damaging our Coach. In conclusion I highly recommend this park for smaller RV's and trailer but Big Rigs use extreme caution and be for warned.

Our daughter reserved the Red Setter Cabin managed by Cabin Butler in Greer, AZ for 3 days to…read morecelebrate my husband's and my 50th wedding anniversary. She and her family joined us, along with our son and family for a total of 10 people. Set in a lovely location among the Ponderosa pines, with the Little Colorado burbling right outside our door. We were ecstatic until we went inside. The 2 story cabin was huge and roomy but it was filthy. Had they forgotten to clean it? I don't think so. It showed no upkeep for a very long time. The main, huge industrial size refrigerator in the kitchen stopped working the day after we arrived, and we had to put all our food in a much smaller refrigerator in the hall. Calls to Cabin Butler went unanswered. The dishwasher didn't clean at all. After some sleuthing, I discovered the dishwasher pods were hard as a rock and wouldn't dissolve at all. We bought new ones and it solved the issue. The stove's left front burner wasn't working at all. However, the biggest issue for me was there were no smoke alarms or CO2 detectors anywhere, despite this: Arizona law (A.R.S. 36-1637) says: Working smoke detectors must be properly maintained and installed in all residential rental properties, including every sleeping room, outside each separate sleeping area, and on every floor. Airbnb policy (this was an Airbnb) states that smoke alarms must be tested and functional. The other major concern was the clothes dryer was not vented to the outside. There was a large amount of lint in the back of the dryer and washer, and about 1 to 2" of lint in the dryer lint trap. Venting a standard clothes dryer indoors creates a severe, immediate fire hazard. Arizona mandates via the International Residential Code that vented clothes dryers be exhausted to the outside through adopted building and mechanical codes. I documented that with photos. Other issues: we couldn't lock the front door, there were no cleaning supplies whatsoever so we had no way to clean up after cooking and eating. No oven mitts, no utility knives or chef's knives. Inside of cupboards and drawers were filthy. Many light bulbs burned out. My daughter contacted Airbnb for a refund, but they said since they were not contacted until the day before we left they could only issue a refund of $18, a FRACTION of the rental. We had contacted Cabin Butler first as we were instructed to do if there was a problem, but never heard back. So it seems that our only recourse is to send reviews to appropriate sites to warn people, although I may contact Arizona's Apache County Planning and Zoning/Building Safety department.
