My back window on my Honda Pilot was broken my DVD player was ripped out and my side mirrors were broken off. I took my car to Dave. He had my car for a full month but I was going through my car insurance so I understand there is protocols he has to go through. He called us and told us he was unable to fix DVD player & gave us a reimbursement for that. We then picked up the car from him everything looked great-my son was 4 days old at this time. We took the car to get a car wash & notice water in the back of my car. So I opened my back door and noticed the whole weather striping was ripped off. - real easy I just popped it right back in problem fixed no more leaking. 26 days later we drive my car to my baby's one month doctors appointment. We didn't really go anywhere during that time because we had a new born. My husband went to open up the back door to get our stroller out of the car & he accidentally pressed the button to open our back window. No big deal... he goes to close the window & it won't close he opens it up and I see there is something hanging off the window my husband slowly closes the window & putt his hand on the latch to press it closed once the window latches the whole window shatters on my my newborn and cuts my husband's hand. Thank goodness my baby is ok. We take it back to Dave & he says yea no problem I'll fix it just have to order the part I'll call once it comes in- in about a week. - a week and a half later no call. Sooo I call him.. he then tells me we broke the window and he's not fixing it! Well luckily I called my insurance and they covered it and sent out safelite. Safelite shows us where the adhesive was bad & he says that the part that came off our window & broke it when we closed it. He also said he probably used a used window because there was two patches of adhesive on there. He also showed us that Dave used crock screw instead of a plastic screw So he went about fixing my car the cheapest way possible. I do not recommend Zamora's auto body shop as he clearly does not check his work or honor his word and does shit the cheap way.

Made an appointment to see and drive the car. Told Lee how far I was driving (4.5 HOURS). He reassured me that he would be there. I got there in time for my appointment. No one there. Door locked. Called the sales number, reached someone who told me that there was only one sales person that day and he was out with another customer. He would call me soon. I waited 45 minutes. No one called. I drove 4.5 hours home. No one ever called! If I were running that business and a customer wanted to see one of my vehicles and was willing to drive 4.5 hours to see it, I would damn well be there at the appointed time. All I can conclude is that they aren't serious about selling cars. In fact, their dirty store front doesn't give me any confidence either. Fancy website, poor service.

The time schedule was right on. Workmanship was first class. Can't ever tell there was damage. This work was done on my 40 ft. Monaco motorhome which was damaged on passenger side involving 3 colors and hard to match metallic paint. Bobby and Mike are perfectionist. Well worth the short drive to Valley Springs. For small damage areas on a large motorhome they are great. They can't do an entire paint job on these as space is limited. I highly recommend them for fender benders and so on.
