The atmosphere at Headliners is always positive and uplifting, which makes for good conversation. Although most of the barbers work by appointment they always try to accommodate the customers and they do welcome walk-Ins during certain times. At any given time there's usually three or more barbers available, so you can get in and out quickly. The shop is well maintained and there's plenty of parking in a lot adjacent to the shop.

Long short, I spend a lot of time maintaining my hair. I'm new to Charlotte and needed a barber that would not only cut my hair but also preserve my pattern. I was referred to Bostons finest by an associate. My barbers name was Q. Nice guy, good looking, good conversation. Got my cut, mirror view was good paid and tipped, clapped up and left. Got home and my 16 year son said.. Dad your hair!?!? Hahahaha. Like I said.. long short.. 1/4 of my hair (towards the back) was ruined!! I've tried to chalk it up to bad brushing but the fact of matter is that Q completely destroyed my pattern. I'm writing this review 3 weeks later because I'm very upset that I'll be spending 6-12 weeks trying to fix the problem. If you ask any waver it's takes a lot of time to brush in your pattern.
