I bought a 2019 Nissan Titan back in March. They gave me a dud battery. Literally, bad enough to die on me at a gas station on the way home and needing to get jumped. I told them and they were willing to buy me a new battery. Great. The thing is I live an hour and a half away. "Go buy one and send me the receipt." So I went to auto zone by me. I bought what they had that went with my truck. That's it. Took a picture, sent to Brenden Mounce via text. "Great we'll get it out." Well, we've gone back and forth 3-4 times now. "I sent it".......Still no check. It was originally about the money, no big deal. You said you'd do "x" and didn't. Now, like I told him, it's about the ethics and principle of it all. They even have a low profile lift that allows them to work on lowered vehicles like my Roush Mustang. Took my car in for a coolant leak. I was given a $1200 estimate and was told it would be done Monday, then it was Tuesday, then it was Wednesday. Total end up being $280 over the estimate and two days late. When my car was picked up I noticed a rattle the next day and a scratch on my dash that was not there before. I called back and brought it back in with audio evidence of the rattle. They took it for a drive and said they didn't hear the rattle even though I could hear it while in the car with them. My husband and I were driving between Chicago and St. Louis when our car started making some very scary sounds. We pulled off on the nearest exit and lucked out coming across this shop. We were helped right away, I didn't get the man's name but he was able to look at our car about 10 minutes after we pulled up. He took it for a drive and diagnosed it right away as a loose panel under the car. He took it back to the shop and fixed it up for us free of charge. I had a nice chat with the man working in the auto parts store while all this was happening. I wish we could come to this place as our regular mechanic, we got great, honest service! We were traveling through this area when our vehicle started to lose power and not drive correctly. We stopped in this shop at the recomendation of the Napa up the street. The manager tried to use his Snap On computer code reader to find out what was wrong. He couldn't get it to work and asked us to come back after lunch in an hour when his mechanic was in. We waited for an hour and then after we returned he and his mechanic "remembered" that they had tried to work on a similar vehicle the week prior to this and that they were unable to fix it. Basically, they told us they couldn't help us. Which I would have been ok with if their story was believeable. To me it felt like they were blowing us off, pushing us out the door, and lying. I would NEVER recommend to anyone that they use this shop. We found much better help in the area that went above and beyond to get us back on the road with friendly midwest hospitality. read more

Purchased a vehicle with a lemon buy back title that was not disclosed to me when I purchased it. Apparently this is not against any laws to do in Illinois so do your research before purchasing! I am out thousands of dollars. Tim and the owner have said they did nothing wrong and have been incredibly rude. Every dealership I've been to since has told me they cannot believe it happened and no reputable dealer would sell without disclosure. Take your money elsewhere! read more

The mechanics were great but the manager in Lexington had an attitude problem. He acts like we should thank him for us coming to him. He promices things to get done when I get a call back that the part hadn't been ordered yet. He is what you call an air head. read more
