It is located inside the Brent Civic Centre and has three entrances and exits as there is two from the main road which is opposite Wembley Arena and one from inside the civic centre. When there is an event, it does get quite busy in here however the service has always been so efficient. On a normal day, it is visited by professionals such as the workers of Brent Council, councillors, Brent Members of Parliament etc, as well as students from the nearby college, there is always a wide range of people here, never seen any mothers with babies/children so good working environment if you like working in a coffee shop. The coffee, cakes, sandwiches, paninis are as expected from Starbucks. The staff are very accommodating with complex orders and no matter how busy they get, they are always so friendly and helpful, which can't be said for other Starbucks where the staff get overwhelmed by a slight crowd. There is a good selection of tables and chairs with only a couple of armchairs. It is very close to the London Designer Outlet and the only Starbucks that accepts the Starbucks Card in the area as the second Starbucks located in Cineworld which is on the 4th floor but as it is a franchise, it does not accept the Starbucks card. This year with the festive red cups, I tried the Hot Mulled Fruit which comes in two flavours of Grape or Apple and have absolutely fallen in love with them, I know I will be going Starbucks a lot just for the Hot Mulled Fruit.
