This positive review is way overdue! I thought I had posted it months ago but I'm here to make sure…read moreeveryone knows just how amazing the service team is here! I would never want to go to any other service dept ever again after experiencing the professionalism and standards presented here. My advisor, Ronald went above and beyond our expectations and everyone else I share my experience with! He and Jim Burke seem to be the best of all the dealerships for all the car brands I have visited. Excellent pricing, loaner policies and I don't have to worry about wrongful charges like I've seen at others. I am so glad my friend and dance teacher referred me to this location. They spoil you! I cannot tell you how happy we are with the customer service here. Perfect experience.

We were very misled and pressured during the finance meeting with Mike. And ruined our sales experience purchasing from Lexus of Pleasanton. Mike has dodged calls for the past 2 weeks. We purchased prepaid service plan and decided we wanted to cancel the next day. I have made countless calls and emails with only 1 reply that he couldn't process the cancellation for another week. He is a slimey and horrible sales person. We only purchased from him bc he lied to us which I found out the next day hence why I called and emailed to cancel. He promised us during the meeting that if We changed our mind. It was an easy cancellation process just to call him And let him know. Two weeks later and still no movement... Just more lies and pushing us off. Avoid MIKE LORENZO at all costs.

First off i'd to say that if there was an option to leave zero stars I would. My husband purchased…read morea model 3 tesla from this dealership 5 months ago and what seemed like an easy process turned into one of the worst purchasing nightmares ever. During the test drive the screen went pitch black and wouldn't turn back on and we were reassured it just needed to be charged. We were also told the error messages would go away once ownership transferred (yeah right). In finance, Amir was rushing and we had to correct multiple errors on paperwork including our trade-in value and even someone else's name on our address. Carfax was never mentioned and we later found out the car had two "minor" accidents. WRONG we should have trusted our first instinct. Right after leaving we had to go to tesla service centers ourselves to handle ownership transfer. A few days later Gianni asked us to call the lender and lie by saying the car had premium wheels and self driving (it has hub caps). After multiple service visits the message was finally removed, something that should have been handled before selling. The screen continued shutting off randomly and tesla said it could cost $2400 if an update didn't fix it. The dealership said they would cover repairs, but when issues continued we got the runaround. Gianni denied asking us to lie and started yelling in the lobby. No accountability from management. The owner even told my husband to return the car knowing he traded his in. We were never unhappy with the car, just how everything was handled. They failed to fix known issues before selling and then avoided responsibility. After all of this they offered to only pay half for repairs. 10/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND worst customer service they treat you like they are doing you a favor and expect you to accept whatever comes with the purchase.

I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!

So picture this: it's Saturday morning, I'm minding my own business, and my wife casually asks,…read more"Should we get an EV?" Now, I'm a simple man. I said sure -- but she should probably think about which EV, because that's where things get real. Fast-forward ten minutes and she's deep into reviews, comparisons, YouTube videos, the whole nine yards. Turns out BMW is killing it in the EV game, so suddenly we're deciding between the various options We landed on the i40 because it had the right mix of "responsible adult purchase" and "ooh shiny buttons," especially with the parking assist. Only problem? There were exactly two available: one in Missouri and one at East Bay BMW. And since we live in Southern California, Missouri was... let's just say not in the running. On Sunday, my wife reaches out through Edmunds, and we get greeted by an AI chatbot. Not exactly the warm, fuzzy human interaction you want when you're about to drop a chunk of money. But by Monday, we were connected with Aaron Festejo, a real human being with real human patience, and suddenly the whole experience leveled up. We told him we'd be trading in our current car, and he immediately got the ball rolling. Gas prices being what they are, I decided the only logical thing to do was drive up to the Bay Area that night, crash at a hotel, and buy the car Tuesday morning. Aaron and I texted back and forth until 10 PM -- what to bring, how he'd hold the car, financing details, all of it. The man was working overtime like he was prepping for a NASA launch. Tuesday morning, I roll into the dealership at 10 AM, laptop in hand because I still had to work. Aaron had everything dialed in: paperwork printed, trade-in pre-reviewed, the car detailed, charged, and looking like it was posing for a magazine cover. Between my meetings, he'd pop in and guide me through the next step like a pit crew chief. Then I met James Ylagan, the finance manager, who somehow made signing paperwork feel like a pleasant conversation instead of a chore. That alone deserves a medal. I was done by 12 PM -- and honestly, it would've been earlier if my bank hadn't decided to take a scenic route with the wire transfer. Here's the part that really impressed me: Aaron was helping another customer at the same time. He asked if I was okay with that, and I told him I was half working anyway. But the guy juggled both customers so smoothly I barely noticed he was multitasking. That's skill. After everything wrapped up, I hopped back in my new i40 and drove home to Southern California. That drive? Absolutely glorious. Huge shoutout to East Bay BMW, to James, and especially to my guy Aaron Festejo. If you're buying a BMW, this is the team you want in your corner.

He took the time to arrange multiple test drives across several models we were considering, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Although I originally planned to buy a Mercedes sometime within the next six months, LY's outstanding service and ability to secure an excellent deal convinced me to move forward with the purchase the very same day. He also helped me get a fantastic value for my BMW X1 trade-in, outperforming offers from other competitors. His professionalism, transparency, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also had a great experience with the finance team and the rest of the staff, who were friendly, efficient, and supportive throughout the process. I will definitely return to Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton for any future vehicle purchases. Thank you, LY NGUYEN, for your exceptional service. Without your help, I probably wouldn't have purchased my Mercedes-Benz CLA 350e. Keep up the amazing work!

I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a diagnosis. Since my daughter and I had a free day, we waited in the lobby while they checked it out. When they didn't have availability to complete the repair until the following week, they made it incredibly convenient by letting me bring the car back and providing a loaner. Not having to arrange a drop-off or pickup was a huge plus. All communication was handled through text, which made everything even easier. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience -- I'd definitely recommend them and will be coming back!

I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.
