Got hand it to this company! Vincent was extremely responsive and highly professional and incredibly friendly. They give Hollywood VIP A-List service --even when you're just the average guy. They were very patient too in trying to coordinate the time that could work for the seller, myself and them. Roger was the driver's name and he too was just as nice as can be. Unloaded it and then took the extra effort to drive it 25 feet, parking it perfectly where I wanted it. 5 star service all the way around. Beware there's a lot of scammers out there! Some movers (thru Shiply) came back with 2 and 3 times Vincent's quote, transport "services" that I wouldn't want to risk them moving my trash cans across the street. Moreover worry if my bike wouldn't just *POOF* disappear over the border. You can quit the hunt right here -- these guys are the Pros! read more

Vincent and Roger, did an amazing job helping me get my new bike delivered from LA to Orange County. Even during the busy holiday season, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Vincent was extremely informative, quick to respond to all my questions, and delivered the bike faster than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Vincent! read more

We recently had BMW schedule to get our motorcycle picked up through BMW roadside assistance and through there program Vincent came out to get the motorcycle from us to deliver it to the dealer in LA to get it checked out. Vincent was here on time. Nice guy! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Kept in touch to give me his ETA and I'll just saybthusIf BMW roadside assistance uses this company that speaks highly of it already. The tow vehicle was nice, safe had all the proper equipment needed to secure our motorcycle for a safe delivery from OC to LA. Vincent notified me when it was released from him delivering it and he also was kind enough to check in with us and offer any other assistance he could that we might need in the future. Glad we met him and I'm Happy everything went smooth and I will continue to recommend him. Over all 5 stars for great service and secure delivery. Thank you read more

Do not recommend. Quote is very, very much over going rate. Perhaps taking advantage of shippers' adverse situation? We were not in an urgent situation. We only needed to relocate from secure location to secure location with same city. read more

Vincent was very helpful and accommodating when I needed bike transport and storage for several months while I was abroad. He was very responsive over text and made sure the bike was delivered safely. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for fair prices and reliable storage and delivery. read more

A professional in an industry rife with shady operators, Vincent has assembled a team of punctual, knowledgable transportation drivers under the Motorcycle Mover umbrella who offer transparent pricing, shows up when they promised, and does exactly what they say. Own and operate motorcycle long enough, and even the most conscientious and safest of us will experience a breakdown of some sort. Nobody is ever *happy* when their motorcycle is in a situation that requires towing services, but the professionalism and care exhibited by Vincent and his team take a lot of the sting away from the moments when you need him on the road. read more

I have been using Motorcycle Movers for the past six years, they're Incredible. Immediate response time, fast scheduling, prompt arrival/pickup and a staff with a good disposition. Vincent is a great guy in general, but his organizational skills and attention to detail make him surpass the competition in this field. He has helped me out with my bike quite a bit and even once when my bike broke down in Northern California. You can't match the level of service you get from this company at any price. Be smart and use them for all your motorcycle moving needs, you'll save yourself from any headaches. read more

I rarely say this but I was so disappointed that I wasn't able to use this company to move my motorcycle. (I was moving to a state where they do not service). If you are going to move your motorcycle within CA do not hesitate to deal with this company! I spoke to Vincent on the phone and even though he knew I wasn't going to be his customer he treated me so well and offered me some other companies that were able to do my out of state motorcycle move. We had a delightful conversation about motorcycles on the phone it was like talking to a trusted friend. He gave me a great company that I will be using!!! If you are planning to move your bike within LA please do not hesitate to call this really great company! Vincent is AWSOME! read more

I dont always need someone to move my bikes, but when I do I always call Vincent! The set up these guys have on their trucks is so impressive, and Vincent has taken the time to think through every detail of loading, transporting, and unloading your motorcycle. These guys also ride themselves and are very involved in the motorcycle community, so they know how to handle your bike. They are not just your typical tow truck guy who throws your bike on the back of some flat bed meant for a car. If you need to move your motorcycle, and want the peace of mind that it will get to where it needs to go safely and in a timely manner, Motorcycle Mover LA is the place to call! read more

Not only is Vincent the owner an incredibly cool and down to earth guy, but his equipment is the top of the line you would ever want for towing a motorcycle. Check out some videos showing off his top of the line truck and hydraulic system. Those of us who love and take pride in our motorcycles would be very hesitant to let some random AAA tow truck touch our machines. This is the guy you want doing it. A++ for Vincent, I'll recommend him to every single motorcycle rider I know should they ever need a tow in or around LA. read more

Motorcycle Mover - this is my baby, my obsession, my Ducati. Being handled only by the best - Vehicle Shipping Near Me

This is the first time in a long while I have been moved to write a review about a businesses excellent customer service. Prior to my experience with Motorcycle Mover LA, I only trusted two people to lay hands on my bikes; myself and Henri at Moto-Science. But Vince's name is now added to the list. Several years as a law enforcement officer has endowed me with a unique ability to spot a dirtbag from a mile away, Vince is the polar opposite, he was extremely flexible, genuine, and knowledgeable. The professionalism he exhibited and willingness to deal with the hypersensitivity (which must of us who love our machines exhibit), was truly unparalleled. Because I couldn't be there when he loaded my bike for transport after a minor ECU issue, he actually took a picture and text it to me while I anxiously sat in lecture! Not only that, he communicated so effectively with my service shop, that the problem was identified, and my bike was ready for pick-up right after class. But it doesn't stop there. I was so impressed by his knowledge I had to call and have a conversation with him. Needless to say, when the conversation was over I had gained a ton of information about Ducati's and been directed to more information by Vincent. If you love your motorcycle and want peace of mind, excellent customer service, and an educational experience, trust your bike to Motorcycle Mover LA and only them. I will only ever use their service to transport my treasure. THANKS VINCE! read more

Those guys are very friendly and helpful! I was gonna get my motorcycle towed and I was told a funny story about how one guy got towed 100's of miles back and forth. While at the dealer, all they did was changing the key fob battery! I thought to myself, well that can't be, my motorcycle is brand new! and little you know, I decided to take my chances and spend the $7 on a new key fob battery and there you go, the bike started! No need to get towed! Those guys care about their customers and are not after the money! My bike is warrantied so it wouldn't have cost me anything besides my time and they knew it, they didn't have to help me but they did! Thank you so much! read more

Vincent has saved me and my bikes too many times to count! Anytime I have called him for a tow he has been so quick, so professional, and generally just a pleasure to work with. His towing set up is immaculate, built just for our beloved two-wheeled machines so that there is never an issue. I've never once worried about the bike getting scratched or dinged. 5 stars! I've had the bad luck of needing a tow service on a few occasions in my life and I've always been less than impressed with the service of regular tow companies who only show up because they have a flat bed + straps. Vincent, owner, has changed the motorcycle towing game with his skills, machinery, & professionalism. He was on the road within minutes of my phone call and promptly had my bike loaded in the most secure fashion I've ever seen. He is trustworthy and my bill cost less than the failed sensor that stranded me in the first place. Use this service if you care about your motorcycle read more

The Motorcycle Mover LA team is absolutely the best in town. They were extreamly careful when moving my Ducati 1098 & Multistrada. I've used them a few times. They have picked me up when my bike broke down all the way up in the canyons. Then another time when my bike needed warranty service. Great team - will continue to use them in the future. read more

Awesome experience getting two of my motorcycles that are not running at the time moved from my old apartment to my new residence. I called and left a message as instructed. Vincent was prompt in returning my phone call and gave me an estimated time of when he would be available. I expressed that I wanted to get everything moved today and although he had just gotten back from transporting a bike back to LA from Las Vegas he said he would squeeze me in before day's end. He arrived on time, was very nice and had an awesome rig in his truck. Vince loaded my motorcycles carefully and professionally and took care not to damage then when using his tie downs. Fast and friendly service, fully insured and bonded and a great price means Vince will be getting all of my motorcycle towing business from now on. Thanks a bunch! read more

With insurance claims, they made the process super smooth! They took care of everything! I cannot express myself enough on how lucky I am to know such service! Thank you for what you do! read more
