There was team of about 4 techs calling me in and they ALL Welcomed me. I don't know his name but, the guy that was in charge of my car, asked me what I came for, they checked my lights, filters, too. I had a light out that I didn't know and my filters were filthy! Manager was out in the work area, Managing! I got my oil, a light, a filter and I was out of there in about 15 minutes! Staff was TERRIFIC! efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything and friendly. They couldn't have been nicer. Manager watched and complimented them. Oil Full, New Light and New Air Filter and I was on my way! Clean, orderly, Quick, Nice, Great Team! I'll definitely go back!

Horrible Experience - Avoid Valvoline in Hooksett at All Costs…read more I made the mistake of telling my daughter to go to the Valvoline in Hooksett for her first oil change--big mistake. She brought in her brand-new car, and they stripped the oil plug. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed it and told her, "You should probably go to the dealer and have it checked." At her second oil change (done at the dealership), the technicians filmed and documentedthat the oil plug had clearly been stripped. The damage was done by Valvoline. The cost to replace the entire oil pan was $650.00--a huge, unnecessary expense for my daughter, who was just trying to take care of her new vehicle. I followed up with Valvoline personally. Their response? "It wasn't stripped when we pulled it out."Completely dismissive, no accountability, and absolutely no offer to make it right. This was supposed to be a quick, easy oil change. Instead, it turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. I'm incredibly disappointed and angry. I will never recommend Valvoline to anyone again--especially this location. If you value your vehicle, go somewhere elese.
