1 Star I contacted Anthony C, owner of Attention To Details,…read moreearly afternoon on May 2nd 2023 to see about getting a car detailing gift card for my wife as a Mother's Day present. We discussed the cost to do a complete detailing (inside and out) of her SUV. He explained the cost and what would be done. I subsequently went to his web site and arranged for the gift card in the amount he indicated and had it addressed to my wife's email. The gift card charge to my credit card was unexpectedly instantaneous even though I had requested it not be sent to my wife until May 6th. The quickness of the charge upset me and 2 hours later I decided to cancel the card. I contacted the gift card company, giftfly.com, who indicated they could not cancel at their end and that I should contact Anthony directly. They gave me his email address which, by the way, is not on his website. I composed the email and sent it off asking him to cancel the gift card immediately. My email bounced back as undelivered. No such web site. I called Anthony's mobile 3 times over the next day and half before he finally got back to me. He said he could cancel the gift card but that he would have to get into his giftfly account to accomplish that task and, when he had cancelled my gift card, he would get back to me to verify the task had been completed. It's now 3 full days since that conversation and still no word from him. I cannot recommend his company based on what I consider to be his poor customer service. He appears to not be very cooperative nor responsive. At least a call back to say it's taking longer than usual because .... would be appropriate and professional. I am not a cynical person, but I'm beginning to feel very nervous about ever getting my money ($400 plus) back from him. In the meantime, I have contacted my credit card company to report the incident and to dispute the charge.

The best place to go for better than a show room quality clean!…read moreI recently got my 4 door sedan cleaned by Captain Jack and I can't believe how clean he got it to be. My car hasn't been cleaned, besides a quick vacuum, in the 7 years I've had it and now it looks better than show room quality. I brought my car in after my cat peed on my seat, everyday wear and tear after years, and to see if I could get some paint and scratches buffed out of my car. He got my car done in about 5 hours, taking the time to work with my schedule and even offering me a ride. He cleaned my seats to the original light tan color and got the pee, paw prints and whatever else was on them. The whole interior was scrubbed down, cleaned and was glistening! He even applied a deodorizer to the vents to get rid of the smell so now my care smells like a flower patch, and I love it. And as a bonus, he even deep cleaned my filthy trunk that was extremely soiled by years of filth that I was never able to get out and all my friends feared seeing. All the windows were crystal clear, my headlights were bright and clear that it looked like the lights were replaced, and my brights can beat the sun. The exterior is super shiny with no scratches left and no paint on my bumper! Jack applied a 4 coat wax and Rainx so now when I drive all the water just beads off. A couple days after I got my car detailed I had to drive down more dirt roads than my car has seen in a lifetime and when I washed it all the dirt just came right off with a quick wash at the self wash. I highly highly recommend going to Captain Jacks! I certainly will be going back again! Now that I got it cleaned people aren't scared to go in my car anymore :D
