Coming from California with hundreds of unique coffee and matcha spots, I was excited to see that…read morepeople raved about the coffee and matcha here. Their matcha here isn't even comparable to any of the spots in California. You are being scammed. Too much milk. Not enough matcha. No earthiness to their matcha. Just tastes like sweetened milk with bits of grassiness if I am being completely honest. To top it off, the customer service is terrible here. The barista couldn't even be bothered to smile or ask how you are doing. Almost felt like an inconvenience ordering from her. Ordered my drink for dine-in and I would rather just grab my drink myself than watch them set it down haphazardly on the tables. The ambiance is great and I see why it can be a great study spot, however, I can't justify the poor customer service and subpar drinks to come back here.

We have tried multiple different coffee flavors and each are really well flavored but not overly sweet. The espresso is never bitter/ burnt. They use sabbath coffee roaster beans. A staple food here is the spam musubi- if you have never tried spam before, this is the place to try it. I have looked all over for a musubi reminiscent of one I had in Hawaii and this one is delicious. My husband has tried multiple food items and they never disappoint.

There is a lot of great stuff, including food and of course treats. Along with cakes. Didn't like that they charge a service fee for using a card. The macarons had good flavor and a good shell crunch onto them. But my frappe wasn't great. Very bitter foam on top and didn't really taste like much other than the bitterness.
