I just bought my third zero turn mower from Lone Star. I have always found the Burleson location to…read morebe knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. They delivered my new mower today and it unexpectedly had an issue starting. The delivery guy, David, was very professional and apologetic before returning the mower to the shop. I assumed my mowing day was wasted and it would be at least two days before I could start. To my surprise, my new mower was brought back within the afternoon . It started right up, ran like a champ and cut perfectly. My hat is off to David and his superb customer service. Plus the entire experience working with Israel and the front desk staff was friendly and informative. They were very patient our multiple "old people" questions. My wife and I are extremely pleased with this purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LSM Outdoor Power, particularly with their…read morecustomer service and the attitude of their manager. They picked up my lawn mower from my shed for repair and later gave me a quote that I felt was outrageous--the repair cost was comparable to purchasing a brand-new mower, which is ultimately what I decided to do. I had already been charged for both pickup and delivery, so after declining the repair, I asked them to return my mower. When the mower was delivered, the driver left it directly in front of my shed, obstructing the entrance. I received a text from the driver stating: "Mr James I put big mower by the drive way. I am going to have to bring another machine to get unit into the garage. Can you open gate?" I was not home at the time. When I returned, I called and texted the driver to find out whether he was coming back to properly place the mower, but I received no response. I then called the office expecting them to help resolve what should have been a very simple issue. Instead, I was shocked by the response and attitude of the manager. Despite the fact that I paid for the mower to be picked up and returned, they were unwilling to come back and move it from where their driver left it obstructing the entrance to my shed. My issue is not simply that I disagreed with their repair quote--I had every right to decline the repair. My concern is how I was treated afterward. If a customer pays for pickup and delivery, I believe the equipment should be returned to an appropriate location, not simply left in the way and made the customer's problem. Customer service is demonstrated not only when a customer agrees to spend money with you, but also in how you treat that customer when they decline your recommendation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LSM Outdoor Power. I was extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled, especially by management. I would strongly encourage others to consider their options before doing business here.

You're literally stepping onto a their land and it's immediately clear how loved and well cared for all the animals are. The family who owns it shared stories about each animal--how they were rescued, where they came from, and their personalities. Everything was really clean and well kept, and you can tell a lot of thought went into how the animals live there. Comfort of the animals seem to be top priority. While we were there, staff were in the kitchen cutting up fresh fruit for them. They were able to share education related to each animal and what each requires.
