Leland showed up on time, answered all of our questions and went to work. Very friendly, knew his business inside and out and very professional. My car hadn't been cleaned in over 8 months and it was covered in bird feces. By the time this place was done with it, it looked brand new! They took their time to really buff out the spots and asked me exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate the excellent service and incredibly pleasant demeanor. I took my brand new truck on a hunting trip. I made the mistake of traveling down some narrow roads with tall bushes in each side and ended up with several deep scratches down the whole length of both sides of the truck. I tried buffing the scratches out myself and didn't get anywhere. I was starting to think I would just have to live with the scratches, which was a shame because it was such a beautiful truck. Then decided to reach out to Leland at Motoluxe. I am VERY glad that I did. Leland came over to my house the very next day and worked on the truck the whole day. Prior to coming to them, I had my car wrapped from a different company and they did such a terrible job and even charged more. I do not usually write reviews for shops/companies but after working with Motoluxe, I felt the need to let everyone know just how great they area. I heard about them originally from my neighbor. The entire experience was easy from the first phone call. I explained my concerns with the exterior of my vehicle and he let me know exactly what I needed. We scheduled our apt and when he came out to pick it up, it was such a seamless process. They took the time to explain every little detail on what they were going to do, as well as gave me options on ceramic pro treatments. I never felt pressured to buy anything. My car returned immaculate and has been repelling dirt and dust for the past two weeks. I'm usually too busy to leave reviews, sometimes I feel it absolutely necessary though. This is one of those times. The guys at Motoluxe did such an amazing job. First, let me begin with the experience. Talk about being attentive and catering to my every request... and then some! I was unable to make my original appointment and instead of having to drop off the truck, they came and picked it up. I "thought" the paint was okay, until the owner (Leeland) pointed out some areas of concern with a special paint light. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. Now, the paint is flawless!! Furthermore, I agreed to have them seal the paint with their 9 year warrantied ceramic coating. They demonstrated how it works and how it beads water and protects against the harsh Vegas climate. Now that the paint is perfect, I'm very excited it's protected. Start to finish they were so professional. They came recommended by a longtime friend and I must say, I'll pass the recommendation along to anyone looking to have their car corrected. Don't hesitate!!
