OH MY GEEEE I loved this! I picked off the green onion easily and was able to enjoy each pieces so very much not sure what sauce they used but that's what made me love it so much. It had crunch from inside and out; I highly recommend this - hands down one of my favourite rolls ever! (Also overheard the server recommend this to a lot of customers too)! * curry chicken karaage bento - by the time I got to this portion, I was already very, very full but still wanted to at least have a bite of everything before packing it up swipe to last pic to see what it consists of Overall, I liked the salad the best as the dressing was just delectable! Curry chicken karaage was tasty and suuuper filling (so much that I had to pack up 3/4 of it). Miso can never go wrong, the egg pudding was unique but I can live without and didn't try the radish as I don't like radishes In conclusion, I enjoyed the sashimi and sushi roll the best (but that's my fault for ordering too much at once; my eyes were bigger than my stomach ). Price-wise, the bento was definitely the best as it came with the main dish + 4 other complementary ones. The sashimi and rolls were not bad; I'd say it's pretty average price. Service was incredible; they were all so super friendly! It made the experience even better

I love the interior - a bit of traditional Chinese decor and yet it looked modern. The open kitchen elevates the meal from a standard dinner to a multisensory experience. Watching chefs in action serves as built-in entertainment while fostering a deeper appreciation for the culinary craftsmanship Ordered their most popular A1 Signature Beef Noodle Soup 招牌牛肉面 which instantly felt familiar and comforting. Oh was it delicious! The thinly sliced beef shank and daikon was a perfect combo. I ordered the #7 noodle which came highly recommended was chewy and al dente. It was no surprise to learn that the chef was from Lanzhou, the home of hand pulled noodles. Side dishes were also delicious. I highly recommend this place. The dumplings are delicious and juicy with a thicker dough. Be sure to make a dipping sauce with soy sauce, black vinegar and garlic (you'll likely have to ask for the garlic). Also ask for the house made chili oil for an extra kick. Hand pulled noodles with hot oil, garlic and spices (5 spice?) was also amazing. There isn't any meat in this dish but you won't need it. Hidden gem with authentic Northern Chinese food as other reviewers have said.

We ordered 3 noodle soup bowls. Noodles were soggy, meats were dry and stringy. Soup were tasty though. Very disappointed. The Smashed Cucumber dressed in Garlic Sauce appetizer is about the best dish tonight. Place is a bit dingy, something I would overlook if food is good. Unfortunately both food and ambience failed tremendously.

Highly recommend adding some chili oil to level it up For myself, I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken which comes with an egg , side of carrots and lettuce and 2 spring rolls Once my food arrived, I immediately noticed the green onion and onion smell (not a fan) but I also noticed the delectable aroma of the lemongrass chicken So, I did what I usually do and scraped off the bits of green onion from the rice and proceeded to eat my meal!
