I tasted a number of them - they give you a tiny little plastic spoon with a bit of the sauce on it. I tasted the Wasabi Extra Hot Sauce - this is a combination of Wasabi and Jalapeno peppers; the Smoked Maple Chipotle Finishing Sauce - this has a rich, sweet flavor, perfect for barbecuing ribs; the Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce; the Chili Pepper with Garlic Oil; and the Garlic with Rosemary Oil. I ended up buying a bottle of all of the ones I tried, except for the Chipotle Peanut Finishing Sauce, it tasted like to many other generic peanut sauces. I also got a free gift for purchasing four bottles - I got my choice of a seasoning packet - I chose their Cajun spice packet. Can't wait to cook with these delightful sauces and oils!
