We just bought our house in Copperopolis and couldn't get the water heater lit. After I changed out the igniter and checked the propane line coming into the water heater it appeared that it wasn't getting propane. Of course this was in the middle of the night when we arrived so I called the after hours line. They couldn't help diagnose at that time but scheduled a call from Kaitlin first thing the next morning. At 8 AM sharp I received a call from JS West and they tried to walk me through what to do. We determined that it wasn't a propane line issue but possibly another issue that would require a plumber. Drew graciously jumped in and said that he was going to be on other service calls this morning but was possibly going to be near Copperopolis around 11 AM and would give me a call if he can swing by. Since it was determined that it was not a propane line issue we assumed that he wouldn't be stopping by to take a look and started to reach out to Plumbing Companies. What do you know we got a knock at our door at 10:15 AM and it was Drew!! He was able to fix the problem and get the water heater lit!! Thank you Drew for going out of your way to help a customer out when you didn't have to! My Family thanks you for fixing the issue and allowing them to now take a hot shower today! HAHA. The new owner will overcharge the hell out of you for ANY service, from gasoline prices, to oil changes, to tire rotation. I will never go back there. Nearly $170 for an oil change and a tire rotation? NEVER AGAIN. I looked it up. The new owners are part of a heartless, soulless conglomerate in the making, buying up gas stations, motels and whatever else they can get their hands on. They have already 'collected' more than 250 American businesses from California to Oregon and Washington state. Why? I guarantee you, it's NOT for the good of Americans, their paying customers, or anyone else.
