Motel customer service was horrible. The on line booking price was less than what they charged when checking in. They charged us more. We were told that is the way it is and he can't change it. Got to room, no windows to front parking lot. The bathroom had mold all over. Asked for more clean towels struggled to even get them. Ask for another pillow and the pillow case had crusty goo on it..asked for clean pillow case and was told the pillows are stained..front desk staff was appalled to my request for a clean no crusty pillow case. Pretty sure the front counter staff went back To their room and got one of their own dirty pillows. Really? Room had three adults and they would Only give us one hand towel. I would say that this hotel fails as being hospitable. Customer service failure. Didn't honor on line price. Difficult, disgusting, and disappointed. read more

First let me say I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. They have been updated and a good value for the price. I would have given a 4 or 5 start rating, except. After checking in and getting to my room I found the Internet not working. Went to the office to see if they could fix or give me a different room. All that I got was a shoulder shrug, no big deal to him. Had to pack my computer to the office to use Internet. I asked again if they could fix the problem. I was a customer for four nights. Each day I asked about the no Internet problem with no help, not even a concern. When I finally checked out, I very strongly voiced my concerns about the lack of Internet. The motel was what would be expected, and everything worked. The management/owners will mildly tolerate you only as long as your paying for the night. My family rented two nights here, and our car broke down and we needed to replace a part . We couldn't move our car. We had 3 kids and our pets in over 100 degrees weather, and they made us leave our car, and kicked us off the property with no where to go, and no way to get there! I developed heat stroke and they threatened to call the cops and tow our car, because as the owner said it's Friday night and people don't like to look at the broken car being workes on. read more

However the bathroom door knob broken, shower broken, and they charged me $20 and even the receptionist I called is not sure they charge me $20.. avoid this place And the manager is also not a good person. I booked through Travelocity for one night on Tuesday October 3rd. When i arrived the kid working the desk tried making me leave him $100 in cash Eben though it did not state anything about having to do so on Travelocity. Then upon going to my room which was 202, the bed was not made. The clean sheets were just thrown onto the bed, there were no towels or soap. I called the front desk and the kid said I had to make the bed myself. And he also told me that I had to wait until the house keepers got there in the morning to get clean towels. I tired getting ahold of the manager, but everything I tried to the wo.an answering the phone would tell me that the manager is out of town and unavailable. She also told me to go fuck myself and hung up on me. Now I wasn't aware that the guest was responsible for making their own bed in a hotel. And the staff are definitely unprofessional. They couldn't even give me an explanation as to why I had to make my own bed. read more

I get the comment below about the deposit, and that was not good that the deposit was charged when they wanted to pay cash. There was another guest at the front desk and he mentioned the deposit was a usual practice in Wenatchee, which you can "take with a grain of salt". My stay was fine; the room was very clean, there is a phone (though I believe those are not as necessary now with cell phones), the bed was fine, there is a nice "corner couch" to sit in, plenty of towels, and the usual "Motel 6 soap". There was one small issue for me, but it is not worth mentioning here. read more

Well, you get what you pay for. It was ok nothing fancy. It was not that clean but clean enough. There was no phone in the room, no shampoo or conditioner for your hair or hair dryer. It did have a microwave and little fridge in the room. The towels were exactly how I like them rough, I hate soft towels, that's the only reason why this place is getting two stars. As far as Motel 6's are concerned, this is bottom if the barrel. Let's just say that the Super 8 in town is a luxury hotel in comparison. Your first impression coming in is that you're in the wrong parking lot. You almost expect one of those generic names like Golden Inn because it feels like one of those struggling motels that line old highways on the outskirts of cities that offer hourly rates. Location: It's Wenatchee; nothing is very far. But, it's a decent walk to downtown or one of the riverfront parks with nothing but light business/industrial in between. Room: *Cleanliness: Mostly clean on first night (here three weeks for work.) Half the time I come back the bed isn't made, they've taken dirty towels with out replacing, trash has been left at the door and not even new liners put in. Half the towels have stains. *Ammenities: - Has a fridge - will freeze everything even at the warmest level - TV - cable with a snowy picture reminiscent of the rabbit ear days *Services: - They offer a pot of drip coffee in the morning in the lobby. - Vending machines work occasionally. If you tell them that it isn't working you're informed that there's a number on the machine that you should call yourself. *Management: It feels almost family run, but by a family that will do anything to save a buck and gave up putting forth effort. Right after check-in, I noticed the smoke alarm was beeping from a dying battery. I told the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything until the next day. No apology, no offer to change rooms; I eventually convinced them to give me a battery so I could change it myself. There are plenty of known economy brands in town. Do yourself a favor and choose any one of them instead. Generally had good luck with Motel 6, but this one is horrible. read more

Pros- I will admit- I was shocked how updated and how clean this hotel was... I was seriously expecting a crappy dirty old motel 6... walked in a very very pleasantly surprised! 4 stars only because the bathroom and shower was pretty scummy. Over all the staff is super nice and the ac works great. Stayed with 2 kids and there was plenty of room Cons- We booked the room on their website. Nowhere on the website did it say that each extra person is an additional charge- I've never heard of that before at a hotel. We book a 1 king size bed room.... she asked my husband at the desk if it was just him ( I was in the car) and he said my wife and I. It was an additional $9 for me to stay in the room. I thought that was weird. It also doesn't tell you, but they make you give them a $100... that's right $100!deposit for smoking. If you don't smoke in the room you get the $100 back... WHAT THE HECK.... what if you didn't have $100... they need to tell you that beforehand when you make a reservation. The last thing that made me mad was that when she charged us she didn't ask if we wanted to pay with the card on file or with something else... we wanted to pay with cash. Before she said the total or that we needed to pay her she just took it upon herself to charge the card. My husband told her right then and there we wanted to pay cash, she apologized and voided the credit card transaction... took the cash. Get to our room, check the bank account ( the card on file was a bank account we never use) the charge was on my account, made my account negative, bank charged a NSF fee.... nothing is showing that she put the money back. If I could give this place no stars I would. Rudest people I've met in a long time, my TWELVE year old cousin and I drove 3 1/2 hours to this hotel (mind you, I called before I even left work that day to confirm my booking and reservation and to inform them that I wouldn't be there until around 10) they said everything was good and we got there at about 10:30pm, when checking in the lady at the front desk told me that we didn't have a reservation with them until NEXT weekend, when I specifically asked on the phone if everything was set for TODAY and also pulled out my itinerary and showed her, she said, "well sorry that's not what it says in our system and we have no more rooms available". So this place screwed up my reservation and then turned a kid and an 18 year old girl away onto the streets THREE AND A HALF hours away from home at 10:30 at night. Thank God for Rodeway Inn down the street, they were insanely understanding and got us into a better room for the same price quickly and professionally. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Stayed one night, double occupancy ( here for work.) Room was clean, plenty of towels, and plenty of very hot water. The lighted towel display is neat and the room was great as long as you keep in mind that it is a motel. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The TV set up had front side connection ports to easily hook up a computer or video player. Problems: The fridge had a very noisy compressor, disrupting to sleep. The beds are VERY, very firm. I personally wouldn't stay again but ONLY because of the rock hard bed. Everything else was just fine. read more

Pleasantly surprised. There was a small glitch at check-in (computer issues). The couple that manages this location is a nice married couple. Our room was reasonably clean. Every room at this location had a microwave and fridge. The pool was still open in October, but it was too cool outside to swim. We were greeted by a guy in sandals and a food stained shirt for our first impression. Front desk people should be at least in clean clothes. Room was ok. Clearly designed for pets as there was no carpeting. Bed was slightly better than sleeping on the floor. Hot and cold water at the sink was backwards. We had an emergency and ended up having to stay overnight without warning in Wenatchee- sought an inexpensive place that looked decent online- Motel 6 is usually a safe bet... I'm sure I will not stay here again. The room had a nice 'european' look, with mock wood floors (nicer than gross carpet anyway!) but it had been installed improperly so there were gaps- nothing like catching a foot on a gap between floor sections. OW. The oh-so-european decor was nice, but there were strange gaps there too, and nothing says 'uncomfortable' like not knowing why there is a gap near the TV overlooking the bed... yeah. Wow, NO. I thought the bathroom looked okay when we first went in, but when I went to shower, it was not nice at all- the tile had been painted over, and the old paint showed where they didn't bother to get the edges right (which is where you find the mold that lingers from before the painting, by the way- even the new painted sections had mold. EW) The flooring was a heavy tile, but they set it in concrete- do NOT catch your foot on that, you could gash it wide open. I was careful to watch where I stepped! The room smelled a little off, but wasn't too unpleasant overall. It seemed well set up, and the AC was a huge blessing, as it had gotten unexpectedly hot that day. The bed was uncomfortable, which bothered me especially and made it hard to sleep. There were only two pillows, and the headboard didn't make it very easy to sit up and watch the TV, which you can't see well from the built-in (like in a diner) chair... the only other chair was wood and metal, which also seemed neat when you look at it, and cleaner perhaps than upholstery, but was not comfortable at ALL. I actually had trouble eating anything in the room because it was just not that clean- I can't say it was horrible, but it just... no. Not again. We paid a Low price for this room, which they had posted was an almost 200 dollar room if you stayed a second night- never gunna happen. If you need a bed to sleep in, you can probably do better, even for the 70 bucks or so we paid. Which was WAY too much for a single, small bed, rock hard, too few pillows, and... just that 'off' smell.... no. I don't recommend it. read more

This is a great place to stay and for an affordable price! The rooms are very clean and modern and the location of the motel is perfect. Right on the avenue, which is minutes away from the Columbia River or a quick drive to Leavenworth or Lake Chelan. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone that is planning a trip to the Wenatchee area to stay at Motel 6! read more

While the room was extremely clean for a Motel it was ridiculously expensive for a Motel 6 $91 after using our discount. Also, when we got our room there were no towels at all in the room. The main complaint I have is the very hard, uncomfortable bed... I am very sore after trying to sleep in it. I'm giving the one star because at least the gentleman was polite when we returned the keys. However, I can't believe it was 90 dollars for such horrible condition the hotel was in. Broken and boarded up windows with plywood. Our window in the room the screen was bent, like someone had tried to break in. (Room 115) After looking in the morning, several of the screens were also bent. I seriously did not feel safe. The bed was hard as a rock, so I wasn't able to have a good night's rest. We had to pay extra for a non smoking room, I thought that was tacky. The overall look of the property looks like a run down motel. No coffee maker in the room. We came to this motel 6 last time we were up here after they had renovated it, it was pretty nice so we stayed here again. Never again! First room smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. So she gave us a another room. The second one had lots of short and long hairs in the bed! So gross! I didnt go ask for another room. I love the new rooms! It was perfect for overnight. I noticed they have "wood" floors now which is perfect for our pet needs (we have a German shepherd) I love the New TV setup. Microwave and minifridge. Minimal but all effective and tasteful. Not dingy at all!!! read more

Vintage (large)space but a clean remodel which offers a super spacious and clean room. View of rolling hills beyond office buildings, kind of nice. Faux wood vinyl flooring (instead of nasty carpet) & no box springs have convinced me that they are the best motor hotel value available. Very consistent amongst various locations. Worst experience I've ever had at a motel. I know Motel 6 isn't known for having great rooms but the customer service was far worse than the room. I arrived right at 3:00 pm which is when check in was because I was going to Oktoberfest and had plans to meet my friends in Leavenworth at 4:00. After I checked in I was told that my room wasn't clean yet because one of the housekeepers was out sick. I understood they were short staffed but I thought they would make my room a priority since I was waiting. They didn't clean my room until 5:00 pm. The lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all and was extremely rude. She didn't apologize at all for the fact that I had to wait 2 hours. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. read more

There is Nothing positive I can say on my experience here 8-16-2017: I arrived at 2:30, had to wait for my room to be cleaned. I heard the receptionist offer a room on the bottom to a gal before me, so I said, I am disabled, Vietnam veteran, and asked if there was a discount for those who are veterans, AARP or AAA members? But she said those were King size beds & it was too late because I booked online. When I got to the room (211) I noticed there was no soap, shampoo, ect. & that the phone was blinking. I called the desk and a man answered. He said that I was to unplug the phone. I told him I needed a wakeup call at 7:30 in the morning. He told me to set my cell phone. So, I went DOWN STAIRS to the office to ask about the phone but the (recept.) told me the maintenance guy was out of town and there was nothing they could do. (I took a video of the malfunctioning phone). The next morning, I did not get a wake up call, no one knocked yo wake me up. I missed my doctor appt. I was lucky enough to get in at 10:00 which was an hour and a half visit, which put me back at the motel at appx. 11:45. So, I stopped to let the (recept.) know what happened. The same (recept.) told me that "NO MEN worked there! as she pretended to search the computer, she claimed that I NEVER requested a "Wake up call!" I do not APPRECIATE being called a liar! I told her there was a guy that answered as she walked into the back. Later, she walked up to my room to FIRMLY tell me it was past checkout and said that the guy that took the request for my wakeup call did pass it on to the night shift guy AND that he did call the room at 7:30 but there was no answer. I said "The phone did not ring" as she again walked away. At, 12:15 the maid came into the room, I had just come back up the stairs to grab my purse as she was walking out of my room. She told me that the (recept.) told her to come clean the room, it was past check out! I explained to her that I would be out within 10 min.s. She SHUT ROOM'S DOOR and walked way. She did not have a cleaning cart with her, so she was just trying to lock me out of the room with my stuff still in it. However, I still had the key! I went into the room to take my medications, get the rest of my things, left a tip for the maid, and there was a POUNDING on the door. I opened the door and there was the (recept.) YELLING and threatening to add charges to my bank card. She claimed to have tried to call the room a 1000 times. I asked her to not yell at me, tried to explain that I was just leaving. Very disappointed. Horrible customer service! I work for a state agency and booked travel for a client who traveled 240 miles to visit her child. Our travel credit card is titled with our agency and STATE OF WA. The instructions were clear that the client would not have a physical card. We have never had this issue with any other motel/hotel/bed and breakfast. When our client arrived she was turned away for not having a $100 deposit. This is completely unacceptable. When I called to speak with the manager she argued with me and said that the client was a "No Show" and never checked in, however, our client told us about the $100 deposit as well as the manager. Worst motel I've stayed at. Beds feel like a box spring. No pillow cases on old worn out pillows. Microwave was dirty. Shower was nasty. TV sucked. Bare minimums and way overpriced. Not a comfortable stay at all. And the beds only have a thin blanket on them and it's the middle of December. Room was not ready when we got here at 1 pm. It was supposed to be done at noon and we still have to wait another 45 minutes. read more
