My mother and I stopped in for the night as we were to attend a wedding the next day. They greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and left us to our night. In the morning breakfast was cooked to order and when I say it was perfect, oh my! And I am the breakfast police lol! The place was very clean, quiet, well maintained and just decorated so very well!!! The couple that owned the place were perfect, nice, more than accommodating, sweet, warm and most of all competent-- they weren't overbearing. It was my first B&B stay, so I had my reservations of course but the BAR IS SET!!! If I'm ever in Palestine again, this is where you'll be able to find me & I really wish my family had just booked the entire B&B, that would have been SO spectacular!! Take a laptop to each room and see what the experience is like for those staying there. It can't be that hard. For me it's my job and the need to check-in for flights and other travel reservations. Still, a solid choice for a town this size and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. One note: there are two small restaurants nearby. One is on the same side of the street. Dine there. I told the concierge I couldn't do it and cancel my hotel. She said she would still charge me for a night or put me in a smaller room for the same rate. Wow! I said smaller room, higher floor, and a manager in the morning since she was not on the property. Spaces were clean, that's all I ask for in a budget hotel.
